I left them my collard shirt and jacket to get my last name on it and told them all letters capitalized. Well after waiting a week for it to be ready I come into the store and of course only the first letter is capitalized and all others lower case. They offered to get it rushed and have it done and ready by tomorrow yet they think people don’t have plans. They should have gave me a refund for something I was very unsatisfied with. But didn’t have time to argue will just never come back that’s for sure for any embroidery work.

I have used Sew Shore a number of times for various purposes. The owner, Jason, is one of the most giving business owners I have ever met. He truly cares about his community and giving back to it. Most recently, Jason took care of our team shirts for a 5K fundraiser. Not only did he do so on short notice, but he donated the entire shirt order to our team. He is AMAZING!
