We were there with a family member. And once we walked in, it was clean and smelled fresh. No one was waiting, so we knew we'd be seen soon. After signing in as a walk-in and registering, we would be see maybe 3 minutes later. They diagnosed well and gave some antibiotics and some other recommendations. I'd come back anytime if I'm ever in that position. Thanks for the great customer service!

The first time I went there, the service was fast! Today, they had me sitting in the examination room for an hour after taking my vitals before seeing the Doctor. There were not even a lot of people there.

After experiencing such a traumatic event … it was very comforting to be met by such a warm and professional team of people. It was very reassuring to know that all equipment was cleaned after every time it was used. Overall the time spent in therapy was very helpful to my situation and I’m thankful to Dr. Robert and his entire team.

Going to urgent care is never something you expect to be easy but this location has proven to make things easy and quick! I saw PA Morgan who was personable, so knowledgeable, and kind! She had a great bedside manner and knew exactly what she was talking about I felt cared about and as though I was getting the medical care I really needed. I was in and out of the location with everything I needed in an hour which I really appreciated. I’ve waiting at urgent cares for hours before. Thank you MD Now Tamarac!
