I'd give them a zero if I could. I've never heard of this company, nor have I ever needed or received urinar catheters. Yet my Medicare EOB statement indicates that I received catheters on three different dates (8/2; 9/1; and 10/02/2023). FALSE!! These thieves charged my Medicare $1,450.00 x 3 mos.! Thankfully I was not billed and Medicare did NOT pay them. But when are these thieves going to be prosecuted for Medicare Fraud.

The bigger question being, why has this company been allowed to continue operation and why have these OBVIOUS criminal scammers not been shut down and prosecuted? Sure thing, I too received a bill for $400 and the invoice states Medicare paid them another $4,000. I live in New Hampshire. These scumbags with multiple similar complaints are allowed to operate in Florida. Nice job Medicare.

I do not live in Florida, never heard of My Sleep Apnea LLC, yet they billed Medicare $4,350.00 for 600 pcs of catheters I have never ordered nor received. This is total SCAM pure & simple. I have reported this to Medicare Fraud Dept. BEWARE of this company!

This company and Cynthia Westin scam Medicare and supplement insurance companies big time. I reported a fraudulent claim from them to both Mutual of Omaha and the Medicare Fraud Department. They say they currently have an open investigation on this company. I want JAIL TIME for this woman. They have resubmitted the fraudulent claim of over $4,300 twice. Medicare said they paid them once, but, are continuing the investigation. I tried calling MySleepApnea, LLC and was told the number was not in service. I will continue my goal of seeing this woman jailed.

I’d put a minus star if I could. This is the second time I have received EOBs from Medicare stating they paid this company under my number. They are billing for catheters and they are a sleep apnea clinic? I reported this to Medicare before. Now will have to waste more time calling them again. We wonder why Medicare is broke. Paying scammers even when you inform them these are not services you received.

This company has been billing Medicare for catheters I did not order or use.
After calling Medicare reporting fraud.
I was told this is an ongoing problem of fraud with this company. I tried to call the business, surprise, the number has been disconnected.

My Sleep Apnea LLC in Naples continues to fraudently bill my Medicare account for medical supplies that I don't use. I live in Tennessee and have never been to Naples FL. I have never needed to use the supplies. I don't know how they are able to continue trying to defraud my Medicare account.
