Do not trust on them, they are fake, scammers and do fraudulent billing to innocent people. if you received any letter/bill from them don't pay them. Update your insurance companies about them so companies will not entertain their fraudulent billing.

Scam! Medicare Fraud! Billed Medicare for back brace $1900 in May 2024- not needed, never ordered by physician & never received. Hard to believe that Medicare paid the claim given all the on line complaints about this company!

This company is scamming people. They are sending unprescribed medical equipment to those on Medicare and telling them they need to sign off on it or they will be charged. This has happened to multiple people within the last 2 weeks. Check the Better Business Bureau complaints against Prospect Health Solutions. Do not sign anything that this company sends - they are fraudulent and trying to rip off consumers and Medicare.

SCAM... SCAM...SCAM...SCAM! Same story as all the other reviews...this company is a SCAM! They send backbraces to Medicare recipients and try to ge the elderly to sign that they received the backbrace so they can either bill Medicare for it or coerce the elderly to pay for the device claiming that "a" doctor prescribed the backbrace. My mother does not have a bad back so there would be absolutely no reason from "a" doctor, not HER, doctor to prescribe it for her. I doubt this scompany is alone in this scam because the company that ships the back brace via Fedex is in North Carolina and cannot be located. I also suspect that they are tryying to place fraudulent claims with Medciare for these so called prescribed back braces. If that is the case, I bet they have a doctor involved in the scam also. They have not returned any of my calls requesting that they pickup the back brace. I'm sure they will try to bill my mother for it, but thankfully she did not sign for the package or sign their form stating that she received the back brace. I have made complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs, Medicare and Fedex since they using Fedex to commit interstate fraud by using them to deliver the packages. I have also sent the details to newspapers and local news stations hoping that they will pick up the story.

Scammers! Billed my Medicare for a back brace
I have never needed nor received a back brace
Turned them in to Medicare fraud department.
I just hope they can be caught!!!!!

This company is illegally accessing Medicare insurance numbers and billing for products that were never ordered and even RETURNED to them because nobody wanted them in the first place and STILL billing Medicare for large sums of $$ I am reporting them for fraud today
