Dr Aurelien and the entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Dr has a very nice "bedside manner" about her and listened and answered all of my questions, in detail. I never once felt rushed or like I was taking too much of her time - which is rare in this day and age. The staff was very nice and helpful as well - courteous and smiles! Thanks to all!

Dr. Aurelien has a gentle sweet demeanor. She is a wonderful listener and makes you feel comfortable right away... also, very thorough and patient. I would say she is my best doctor ever. The clinic got me in on a walk-in appt quickly ... little to no wait time at this clinic. I highly recommend the clinic as well as Dr. Aurelien. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Aurelien is by far the BEST doctor I have ever had!!!! She was always there for me in the 7+ years that she was my primary doctor previous to me moving out of state this past year. Dr. Aurelien is a true professional whether it be to listen to and answer your questions, give advice, recommend the best "specialist" doctors if circumstances warrant or to be a source of strength when needed. I cannot give enough praise to and thank Dr. Aurelien enough for everything she has done for me. Without question, I highly recommend Dr. Aurelien.

When we moved from Pittsburgh to Coral Springs, we were very apprehensive about finding a primary care physician. We had excellent doctors in Pittsburgh and had heard good and bad tales of physician care in south FL. We did our research and found the best PCP ever -- Dr. Aurelien! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the comprehensive care we receive from her. Dr. Aurelien is kind, gentle, caring and knowledgeable. We are both extremely pleased with the health care services she provides.

Really poor customer service, the assistants don’t know read the system and give you reasons of the process, they say “we call you” and never happens.
I have been at laboratory 3 times , 3 different weeks , they collect my blood and never showed up, when you ask for something they never know nothing.
Is the worst medical service I’ve seen.

THE BEST DOCTOR YOU CAN EVER HAVE!!!!!
Dr. Aurelien hands down does her job with pride she is professional, understanding, pleasant, and empathetic. Dr. Aurelien has amazing bedside manner and even remembers her patient by name. If I were to grade her I will give her an A+

Very professional, attentive and thorough. It’s hard to find doctors that aren't in a rush these days. She spent a very long time with me making sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. She's very knowledgeable and explains in-depth issues and why they occur. I’ve been having health issues for years and no other doctor would take the time to give me an accurate diagnosis. She was able to diagnose me and even able to provide me with a list of healthier foods that would help my condition. If you're looking for a doctor that actually cares about the well-being of their patients, I would highly recommend Dr. Pat.

I like Dr Su Diaz, hes a very good Dr., however the staff and customer service is HORRIBLE. You cant get thru on the line then if you do they act like you are a bother. My last yearly physical I called to make an appointment, although I have been a patient for years I was told there are no openings and we are not taking New patients. Same hour I went online,,,and scheduled an appointment. This week after multiple calls I did receive a call back. Told them my issue and asked to speak to my doctor. That request was denied. An appointment was made for today. I was called yesterday by staff to confirm my visit, I checked in on the app today prior to arrival, took off work, arrived to be greeted at the desk and was told the doctor the Doctor said he wont be seeing me. Pathetic waste of time. You mean NO ONE, No Staff thought it may be a good idea to call me? Wont be going back there EVER!
