Very unpleasant experience with their customer "service". I have yet to receive an invoice for the walker they supplied for my husband despite asking for one. They are extremely rude and threaten with collection instead. I have made attempts to resolve the issue but they are unwilling to cooperate. Something smells very fishy with this company.

My husband had a hip replacement. He is 6'4 & weighs 240lbs. We requested a walker & a shower chair from Admeco. The walker was fine & covered by Medicare. The shower chair ..Pro basics model was not. $129.99 charged to Credit Card. It was very unstable! It was so unstable that when my husband sat on it while clothed just to see if it would fit him.. he was uncomfortable with the instability of the chair. We could hear the parts of the chair making loud creaky sounds & the legs of the chair looking like they were going to bend or snap!! We called & spoke to Shelly who said she would send Ahmed, her delivery guy to come take a look at it. Welllll... He did. He sat in the chair & did arm lifts on it & stated he weighed more than my husband & he didn't see anything wrong with it? What he couldn't see was the 4 legs of the chair underneath him separating & looking like they were going to SNAP!!! Oh My God, If that were to happen with my husband in it after hip surgery So Ahmed said he would bring another one tomorrow but for some reason wouldn't take the defective one, Never Used with Chair Tag still attached back with him? Now we know why!!! No intentions of returning it or refunding our money!!!! He brought one today that was better but after meeting with the physical therapist yesterday who also said the chair was Very Unstable but also said my husband did not need one we requested Ahmed to take them both back & we would be just fine with the walker. He said he couldn't take back the defective one! Said that's his job. Said they don't do returns! I stated that it was Defective & NEVER USED!! He refused to take it!! I called Shelly who was completely aware of what was happening & said they don't do returns! I said " But it's Defective!!" She said, but he brought you a new one. Welll...WE DONT NEED IT.. So you can have them both back Please. Nope she said, We Don't Do Refunds. Well, when an medical item is Unsafe & Or Defective..You Must Do A Refund! This Is Not Ethical Or Professional!!!! I did tell her I would be dropping the chair off at the address provided to us & DO NOT CHARGE OUR CREDIT CARD!! She said, No, you will not drop it off & they will be charging my Credit Card! How Unethical can you be in this situation when the first chair delivered was defective, Never Used & the second one is not needed!!!? ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! Very Disappointed with this & Hoping Our Credit Card Company will handle this for us as my hands are Very Full helping my husband with his Recovery...

First Care Medical was totally awesome. I fell and broke my knee and desperately needed a wheelchair. The store was closed but the amazing owner, who is also a nurse, came BACK to the store and opened it for us. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and really knew her products. She was not pushy at all or trying to upsell me. She genuinely wanted to help me buy the right product for my condition. The wheelchair was a hybrid so the larger wheels could be taken off to fit through the narrow doorways of my older house. I can't say enough good thing about this company and their owners. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!!!!!

Highly recommended. I was shopping for a wheelchair for a friend. After visiting a couple of other stores I ended up here. Shelley was very helpful with choosing the right chair for his needs. She also discussed oxygen needs with me and made a very good recommendation that fit his needs for that. The personal service that you get from Admeco adds great value to any purchase. This company was charging my client $399 a month for a hospital bed and 399 dollars a month for oxygen machine.. We did not know this. When we received the credit card bill today I called Discovery and cancelled these transactions I called the company tell him to come and get the hospital bed any oxygen machine . I called another medical company
named medical supply store they're renting us the hospital bed for 249.00 what a big difference we don't need the oxygen anymore but still these people were stealing from my client my/patient and shame on them.. please do not use this medical other companies compare prices and don't believe admeco when I they say that their price is different they really are !!! you're going to be paying about two or three hundred dollars more a month

My wife and I came to Naples/Bonita Springs area and needed to rent a couple of items for a month. Ahmed was terrific to deal with. He was pleasant, quick to respond and very patient and thorough in his explanations. He delivered what he promised and was on time. The equipment was in great shape, in fact the scooter was brand new. I highly recommend First Care Medical Supply, ask for Ahmed you won't be disappointed!

I stopped in to see whether transport chairs were available for rent. Shelley was cordial and knowledgeable, so we returned there to rent the chair. She remembered us, and her staff went the extra mile to provide info, and put the chair in and out of the car (on return). They are well "equipped" with medical equipment and supplies. She provided my sister (who lives out of state) with additional information about the tens(?) unit and volunteered to answer any questions and assist her in securing the unit. Wonderful, knowledgeable service!

Stopped in today with a bad wheel on my Dad's 4-wheeler. The tech that was manning the store seemingly went to the ends of the earth to get it fixed. He was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient as it turned into quite a project.
We were also impressed with rhe store. A good selection of things.. We would recommend this store for your repairs, new items and information.
This store isn rare gem in Naples.
