Great experience and great service. I was having foot surgery and was recommended to call SS to help me out during my recovery. They were quick and reliable. They showed me how to use everything. They reviewed my home to insure I had what I needed to be safe. They are local so no waiting for long delivery. Quick and easy. If having surgery or know someone who has mobility issues give them a call.

Stephanie was excellent in the way she explained to my husband and I the use of each piece that I needed. She went way beyond seeing to my needs the same day that I called as I had become immobilized & stayed very late into the evening to set me up. Very caring & professional.

Stabilized Steps sent Stephanie to our house for post surgery equipment and new product education. I went into this process with a low probability I could get through it (1 on a 10), but after Stephanie’s visit I’m completely enlightened and feel a 10 of 10 confidence. If there were 10 stars I would give them all 10! From my first phone call with Michelle to delivery from Stephanie, what an amazing company! I have a few chronic illnesses and was in need of a walker and some other medical equipment to help me continue to live independently, but I’m not always able to drive or leave my house. The day I called to inquire about a few things, I had a walker and other equipment delivered and assembled at my residency that very same day. I’ll be forever grateful for the kindness and respect I received.

Stephanie is amazing! I was so worried I’d be stuck in bed but after she came in and assessed my home and showed me simple safe ways to get around I feel totally comfortable even though I won’t be able to bear weight for 6-8 weeks! She genuinely cares about making sure she educates her clients and their wellbeing in general! I strongly urge anyone with pending surgery or just mobility issues to contact them immediately!! I had a fabulous experience with Stabilized Steps. My mom needed last minute surgery and needed so many different pieces of equipment to help her get around the house. Within the same day of ordering the equipment, Stephanie was at our hotel and assembling, explaining, and demonstrating how to use every single piece of equipment. Not only was Stephanie incredible at her job, she was extremely personable and made sure to help my mom mentally grasp the reality of her situation. She filled my mom with positivity and encouragement and went above and beyond to pray for my mom with her. She is truly a standout woman in a world full of craziness. She got us through this whole process with ease and care. Truly one of a kind service! Thanks so much Stephanie!!!
