Thank you Kim for such a quick response ! The original brackets were defective on the stander pole we ordered. We bought a Vive Powered Wheelchair for our son and it has been a Godsend! He has great increased his activities, getting out, visiting people. The freedom is incredible. We have had it for about a year, and through use he has bumped a few things along the way. I contacted Vive for replacement parts like pads on the arm rest, etc. Almost immediately Augustine replied asked me a few questions and has my parts on their way! This chair is a wonderfully well-built chair and Vive is a great company!!!

I ordered the arch support braces by Vive Health through Amazon. These are made of quality materials. However, when I received my order, the inserts included were not correct. I reached out to Vive for assistance and after speaking with the second rep, Sara, I was assured that they would send me the correct inserts. I am very appreciative of them correcting this error. Customer service is key in today's world and Sara did an excellent job of ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase.

I was disappointed when I saw the walker came with a black bag and not the floral one I ordered. I called customer service and spoke with Kate, she was very knowledgeable and helped me to get a replacement bag in very short time. The walker is very sturdy and their customer service (Kate) was very pleasant to work with.

I was sent a wheel chair seat pad , it was in bad condition, so I called and spoke with CS and explained the problem and before the day was over they had already shipped out the replacement thanks to Juliana. This a good company especially nowadays most just blow you off . Been buying products from Vibe for multiple years.

Kate was more than helpful. I'd had a long day and was super frustrated but she patiently put up with me and hung in there until we figured it out. Most surprisingly, she followed up the next day with the last piece of info I needed, something that rarely happens from customer service reps. Kudos to Kate. Five stars.
