The process with Janessa has been wonderful. She is easy to talk to, comfortable setting, great listener, and really great at coming up with ideas, plans, executions in many different formats to help reach goals. Janessa provides professional, compassionate care with straight forward advice and problem solving methods. She's able to listen, understand and then direct you to see that there are solutions to problems you are having. Then, she guides you through various ways to approach those solutions. She helped me navigate through my emotions while I was dealing with a rough family relationship issue. Never judging, but always offering practical ways to help. I always felt better after speaking with her.

I have been working with Janessa for quite a few years. I first met her when she was practicing in NJ and continued to work together through video sessions once she moved to Florida. Jan is nothing short of a power player. She helped me assess and align my vision and goals for my personal life and what I wanted from my business. I was drowning when I found her and I did not fully realize how bad until she started to help me untie the knots. After reaching out to explore any options for a visit I decided against moving forward for several reasons. She does not allow a short brief phone call to see if she is a fit. She said you have to pay her in full when making appointment before even meeting her and seeing the environment. ( non-refundable ) This is not a good way to instill any trust or compassion entering a relationship of this nature.. This is more like a retail purchase on line. Her pricing is unreasonable and not even competitive with the Naples area. Although price was not the main reason , it was her approach to this senstive issue. I felt it was cold, business like and lacking any type real concern about people and more about making money. Also note owners can remove unfavorable reviews from google .
