Berman Health and Wellness has greatly impacted my life. Beginning my journey, I was dealing with lots of inflammation and not very structured meals. With the help of their team, I am not aware of the foods that fuel my body to perform at my best. Additionally, I have broken my bad habits and am more aware of my hunger cues and what will fuel my body best. Fantastic personable people within this organization!

Very welcoming and non judgmental office, they work with your schedule. I love Stacy, she always gives helpful food choices and suggestions for dietary substitutions. I have successfully lost weight and continue to keep it off.

Berman health helped me get my health back, I went there struggling w constant teflux. My GI doc wanted me to stay on PPIs forever, Berman helped me find and address the root cause of my issues. AND. The PT dept helped me address chronic wrist and back issues that were keeping me from everything I loved participating in.

I have been on a wellness journey for about 2 years. Before Covid, Weightloss, blood pressure concern, blood sugar concerns, lack of energy, poor sleep habits, generally, declining health were all reasons I began trying to “get healthier”.
I joined the Berman Wellness group because I wanted more than a quick fix. I wanted a total wellness makeover. Jenny has guided my journey with outstanding nutrition guidance. She has designed workouts for home when COVID shut down my gym. She has worked with me via Zoom when I wasn’t in Naples. She has watched my blood work as my sugar levels have dropped, my blood pressure has dropped to within the normal range, she has kept me on track with bone density, mammograms and other lifesaving screenings. When I was 20 weeks pregnant with my third baby I was SUFFERING with severe all-day “morning sickness”. With the addition of injuries+inflammation from a car accident, I was having a hard time managing. I could barely look at my computer screen and could barely eat anything. I had labs done with Berman Health and Wellness that included vitamin levels and food sensitivities. After reviewing the results with their team, I threw myself into eliminating everything I was sensitive/intolerant/allergic to. My nausea significantly reduced in less than a WEEK. Within a month I started noticing my skin clearing as a happy byproduct of cleaning up my gut.
Over a year and a half later I have successfully reintroduced food groups and have found a happy balance of eating things I love but knowing what my body just doesn’t appreciate. And understanding personalized supplementation based on Jenni's recommendations has helped incredibly, too.
I now have the most simplified skincare routine (that cost a fraction of what I used to spend!). Gut health was the 🔑 all along. Excited to continue this journey of clean living with Berman Health and Wellness!
