Front Desk Night staff older gentleman with white hair is way too aggressive. It seems like he is looking for a fight. He is aggressive and hateful and is ready to pick on people, especially around closing time. I don't want to say all the negative things he says but, he needs to be talked to or learn how to relax.
Otherwise, the Gym is perfect. Has everything you need. Great locker room facilities with sauna and hot tub. They do close the sauna and hot tub down 1/2 hour before closing. There is no towel service, but the showers have body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Good for the price.

Could’ve been more stars. Never really review unless necessary. But the new older man at the front desk, dropped the ratings to three stars. He’s very intense and sometimes over the top. I’ve been going there for many years and as a parent and people person, he’s Very different than the normal staff we are used to!
But the gym is nice and the other staff is GREAT!! he just has to relax, ease up on people and mostly not be so rude.
Update, don’t feel like talking to an automated email service(or anyone)for this review. Just do something about it.. I’ve heard a lot of people have complained about this. Glad Its not just me and my family.

January 17, 2025 I went to look for information about the gym at the NCH Briggs in Naples because it had been recommended to me as being very good, and what I went through was a terrible bad experience. I arrived at the parking lot and went up to the second floor, I was confused as to which was the main entrance to the gym, when I managed to see a small door, I looked through the door and an older gentleman saw me standing in front of the door and opened it for me to enter, I entered, thanked him for opening it and walked to the front desk, stood there and waited for someone to come and assist me, when after a few minutes an older lady who was an employee of the hospital arrived and told me to get out of here right now, and I was in shock with the unexpected behavior, and I said to her why are you talking to me like that? I came here to look for information about the gym and she comes back and tells me to get out of here because you entered through the wrong door, I answered Ma'am, I didn't know if it was the wrong door or not, I had never been in this place before, a very nice gentleman opened that door for me and I entered. and she came back and told me to get out because I'm going to call security right now, I told her ok call security because I'm going to stay here standing until security comes. I'm not doing anything wrong. You don't have to talk to me the way you're talking to me, that's not the correct way to treat me, I'm not doing anything wrong, just because I came through the wrong door. Security came and she immediately jumped up to tell them what was convenient for her and security told her I'm going to listen to both versions, they take me out the door and I explain how everything happened, and they were very nice to me, they apologized for the bad time that that lady put me through, they looked for a card for the place so that I could call and give me the information that I needed. But the bad time that I had in that place was horrible, I was so surprised because I have been living in Naples for 5 years and I have never been through something like that before. The people who are from here are used to treating people with a lot of love and kindness, they are empathetic and good, that was the reason why I decided to move to this place because of the kind of people who live here. This lady, I don't know where she came from with that bad manners and rudeness. She is affecting the gym's ability to get new clients. Personally, I will never go back there. Terrible experience. 👎

👍all of the staff members and Drs. At the Florida Cancer Center in South Eastern Naples Florida. Top of the their trainings. Staff is always ready to go the extra mile to make sure that my treatments are printed out for me to remember all I need an wherever whenever. Great People. Ed K.

Friendly competent staff. Plenty of sanitation and very clean, none of that nasty gym sweat smell.

They offer introductory training and a no pressure environment.

Plenty of free weights and machines to keep busy on if one of them is taken.

My only complaint would be the price at 30 dollars per month but if you can get it on discount it's a great deal. Frankly though, it is worth it so no stars off.

Good gym, good equipment, they don’t allow you to take photos in the gym, but I really haven’t had any negative experiences.

This is a great gym to go to. They have large variety of machines, the place is always clean and the staff is overall friendly. One thing I find disappointing is the 8pm closure. I’m sure many people work late and it doesn’t leave much time to get your workout. I think the closing time should be pushed to 9pm to allow more time for people that work late.

Great gym, early morning crowd was always nice and not busy. It is clean and sanitary. The crowd is older and very respectful. They have enough gym equipment to satisfy a heavy lifter as well. It will suit all your needs.
