The doctors do not call you back to answer any medical concerns, they will have the front desk call you and tell you if you have a question to make an appointment days after you've left several messages because the front desk barely answers. They didn't listen to my concerns when I had my baby and they still don't listen now. If you're thinking of coming here and you want someone to actually listen to you do not go here..when I gave birth to my daughter the doctor discharged me while I was in the bathroom she didn't even wait for me to come out and sit down and have a conversation with her she talked through the door.

The doctors are competent and great, the front desk is really nice and accommodating. However, I'm so glad my pregnancy has been uncomplicated because it is near impossible to get a prompt response for a medical question or to schedule or change an appointment. Calling the office almost always ends up in getting the voicemail and waiting for a call back (which sometimes does not happen). In the patient portal it says you'll get an answer to your medical question after 2 business days. It typically takes them about a week and there is never a quick response back even if I reply within a minute to their response. I wish there was better off site communication but otherwise the Drs are amazing when they are physically in front of you.

The providers are pretty great but the office manager is kind of trashy and tactless and she ruins the experience. The same can be said of most of the front desk girls. They charge us $650 per prenatal appointment and if you miss a payment they refuse to see you until you meet with the office manager and have her directly pressure you to make a payment immediately. The office girls and the manager will berate you in front of anyone in the lobby. Disgusting behavior.
