I had an appointment scheduled for a building that was not open and received no communication that I would not be able to see a doctor. I needed to book this appointment 13 days in advance and took time to go visit the location they sent me to. The problem originated at the Naples location however the staff at this location were equally unhelpful. Their idea of fixing the situation was scheduling another appointment…a week out. I asked to speak to a manager about the situation and they put me on hold for an additional 10 mins while nobody picked up. This group seems disorganized and its scheduling/front desk staff could do the bare minimum to help fix the inconvenience they caused.

I do not recommend this clinic ... they never send out your refills, can never get a appt for the next day or 2 days I have been waiting for 2 months to try to get an specialist and still haven't got it the nurses are lazy and always on the phone.. it's a very bad clinic

Very nice clinic with low wait times and understanding and caring staff. Maory who takes blood is very nice and quick with the procedure. There is also coffee, free condoms and candy in the wait room.

I love the Immokalee office I was with a previous Dr in Immokalee,someone told me to come there and promised me good care, since then I can't complaint she really was right I received a better care at Santeplus in Immokalee .

Would not recommend too much. Dr is good but wait is terrible. Had an appointment at 10:50am got there at 11am and had to wait almost more two hours to be seen. If time was going to pushed back that much they should advise to change appointment.

The clinic provides good service and they take good care of people. They always make people want to come back, I recommend others to check them out, everyone is really nice specially the medical assistant
