highly recommended they dont just help you recover they help you with self realization and getting to the root of the issue so your not just healing a wound you stopping there being another grag and bob are highly trained and very in tune with the people themselves and can relate to almost every situation and also very apt to listen and take from the experience themselves instead of walking in the room as if they already know everything there is to know about each situation they treat every person as an individual even though it is group therapy which in your time of need means more than most people give credit for
