Outstanding service everything on time got in and got out just the way I like it and being able to go in on a Saturday morning. It was awesome. No waiting. The girls at the desk were wonderful, and my tech was very helpful and smiled and was nice the way I thought it should be but a lot of places to go. They’re mad after work on Saturday so than never too excited they forget who the customer is not the case at pro scan thank you.

They were on time and very efficient! The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was quite nervous and they put me at ease. Matt and Christine were wonderful. Christine French went above and beyond the call of duty to calm my nerves. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had a 7:45 am appointment. and I was taken in within an allowable amount of time. The front desk was very professional. The people that did the scanning were great, but there was one outstanding young lady there. I think her name was Cheryl or Caral she was Asian young lady. She was absolutely amazing and had had a personality to match she is a fantastic hire for your establishment. I really wish I could remember her name, but everything went well. and I would definitely recommend your establishment

This medical service did a professionally excellent service of administering 2 steroid shots into 2 ankle joints with almost no discernible pain experienced. They were both quick and effective. I shall return when pain returns after 5-6 months.

On time and very efficient. My only concern is that NCH no longer covers many diagnostic tests done by ProScan. I am now paying out of pocket when I never had to before. I want to stick with NCH since my primary is there, as are all of my records from the past 15+ years.

I can't emphasize enough what a thoroughly positive experience this was. Every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. Please remember to take a stroll through the Garden of Hope and Courage behind this building at NCH Baker; it's another positive and unforgettable experience.

This was my first experience with PROSCAN at the NCH downtown location.Felicia, the receptionist was excellent. Matt, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Jan, who administered the Pet Scan was extremely well organized and informative and made me comfortable during my test. That’s why they deserve a 5 Star rating. Thank you and well done team.
