Yes, it's hard to book appointments because they have a lot of other patients and that's difficult when you have to cancel for legitimate reasons. But they do their best to figure things out, they are conscientious about your health insurance coverage and how to get you care that matches that coverage, and they remember you from visit to visit. They consider various options and work with you to match your treatment to the way you want to handle your health.

The front desk might seem cold, but that's usually because they're handling multiple people in multiple languages in a timely manner. If you wait a few minutes, they will answer your questions as thoroughly as they can. They ask that you wear a mask to protect everyone (including the many elderly patients) from passing on illnesses to each other and the doctors, nurses, and desk staff follow this practice as well.

My family have been a patients here for half a year, and we have yet to wait more than 20 minutes past our appointment time, often actually being admitted before the appt. time or right on time.

From the moment I made appointment for my mom as a new patient, front desk were responsive & consistently update it. They could text you to communicate about appt. It was perfect for me to minimize misunderstanding talking on phone during work hours. Front desks were professional & friendly. Nurses were patient & professional. Dr Ida T was amazingly patient , professional and thorough asking questions. All in all, the clinic have great team with great bedside manner.

Literally, not figuratively, the worst facility I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and impossible to get a hold of in a timely fashion. Ridiculous clinic policies underwrite the atrocious service they provide. You're literally better off going anywhere else for medical care.

Worst clinic EVER! Avoid this place like a plague. Worst service, worst wait times, everything in this clinic is BAD. Everyone in this clinic, some doctors included, are so rude and incompetent.

The receptionists here are either grossly incompetent or just quite simply do not care about me, you, or anyone else who has the misfortune to visit this clinic. They drag their heels through every request and make you feel like trash all the while. I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that they’ve consistently lied to us about the simplest requests, or the obviously self entitled nonsense they spew out just to avoid accountability.
