I walked in on a Thursday afternoon around 2;30. There was one gentleman checking out with the front desk person and an empty waiting room. The front desk person was kind and efficient getting me checked in. I may have waited 20-30 minutes to be seen but as soon as another patient came out, I was called to the back. The nurse that took me back was kind, caring and gentle when administering my tests and taking my vitals and information. The PA came in a few minutes after the nurse left. She too was kind caring and compassionate. She checked my ears, throat, lungs and heart. She did a great job of searching and finding an antibiotic that I can tolerate. I am allergic to quite a few meds. The next day they called me several times to give me my test results. I was busy all morning and had my phone off but they kept trying.
Overall I had a great experience here. From the moment that I walked in the door until I left, I felt well cared for.
I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of care.

Fabulous, from entry to finish! They kept me informed on timing, the doctor and nurse were through and informative. Was treated as a patient and not a number! Test result follow up was done in a timely fashion. Better than some of the doctors I have been to. Five stars in my book!

I have been to physicians regional walk-in clinic twice. Twice for myself and once for my daughter. The service I received was five star. The service my daughter received on a different occasion was five star. They listen they addressed my concerns and they treated me for my illness. They were just as diligent with my daughter. This is my preferred facility. Their staff is exceptional.

Very clean facility with people who seem actually happy to be working there. So nice to be greeted by someone with a smile on their face! I saw a PA and she was very knowledgeable regarding my issue. Turn around time was pretty quick as well. I highly recommend this urgent care!

I came in around 12:00 pm and left around 3:00 pm. The customer service rep at the front desk was extremely welcoming, professional and patient with all of the people that were looking for care.
What I call old fashion kindness was what that woman demonstrated to me with her very pleasant and calm demeanor with everyone.
Also her honesty with the length of time it will take to get in to see doctor and possible alternatives.
She was extremely professional!

I used the online scheduling tool, arrived 30 min before my appt. It was semi-busy but they moved quickly and efficiently. The woman at the front desk was so nice, helpful and caring. The Dr. was very kind, great bedside manner and quick. She didn't make me feel rushed though, she answered all of my questions. It was a great urgent care experience!

What a wonderful experience again, I had been feeling bad and coughing and etc and walked in on Sunday and was greeted by the most kind and sweet lady. She made me feel welcome and my wait time was so short. The nurse and doctor were great and knew right away that I had the flu and treated me and off I went to get better. I'm thankful to have such a caring Walk IN clinic to go to and only 2 miles from my home. Thank you everyone.

Excellent healthcare from Receptionist, physician Assistant and the physician, professional, courteous and most healing I felt listened to. I felt better just walking in the door. We definitely recommend this facility if they're backed up, they'll give you time to come back so you don't have to sit in the waiting area.
