The care and services have been very good, and the Rehab department is excellent. There have been a lot of changes, and the new leadership team is always out and about. I highly recommend this place.

I was amazed how it has change since the last time I visit in 2024. Everything looked so clean and bright. Last time I visit it was depressing in 2024 . I just couldn’t wait for Julia to be discharged. Now she is very happy with the service and even said the food was really good. Thanks for the excellent job you have accomplished in such a short time. Bravo

One star is best. My brother is a resident there and he’s left all the time in corners of dining area or other places. They lose all his personal items and eat all his snacks I bring. He’s left in soiled depends. The staff sits at station eating and on phones. It’s awful!!! Why do people get jobs that they care nothing about? I pray for all these residents 🙏🏻

There is no care there . Less then a week back in hospital. Please don’t send your loved ones there .one week there my husband had to be transported to Physician Regional Hospital. He had 5 different infections . Pneumonia, dehydration, fluid on chest , catheter had bacteria in it and , he ended up with infection in blood stream . Mattress had no filling in the middle of mattress . It was butt on metal . Bed is made of metal . No call button . When I told them , I was given a ringer bell!! I better not get a bill ! I took pictures of everything !

Its only the second day, but the Nurses were very attentive- doctor spent good amount of time asking medical questions and how to make my mom confortable. Keep up the good work!!!

This place needs to be shut down. It smells of urine throughout the entire facility, all staff are rude and incredibly unprofessional. They have no true care for any of the residents. This facility put my father’s health in severe risk, putting him back in the hospital taking him 11 days to recover from only 48 hours in this dump. The doctor of this facility felt entitled enough to put a stop order on his lactulose (one of the main medications he needs to pull the ammonia from his body because his liver has been failing and not filtering out the ammonia on its own. When his ammonia levels go up, his mentation drops, he gets confused and lethargic and it can lead to brain damage). The nurses would leave my father sitting in his own urine and then getting annoyed when I ask for the supplies to change him and his bedding myself. This dump was suppose to help my father get stronger since he has recently been placed on the top of the national transplant list for the next available liver.. Instead, the lack of care and concern set my father’s health back 11 days and this place didn’t even care. The staff refused my step mother any equipment (wheelchair/walker) to assist getting my father out of that place after finding him sleeping longer and deeper than usual. I know my father and I feel in my heart that this placed drugged my father in efforts to avoid tending to his needs and assisting him - in an assisted facility. Imagine expecting people to be capable of doing their jobs but you’re the bad guy for advocating for your family. What a disgrace this place is and my heart goes out to all residents in this facility suffering at the hands of people who are supposed to HELP them. Terrible place, highly DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I HAVE to give in order write my review. God be with us all.

I’ll never get over the guilt of letting my sister stay there. The facility is rundown and unsafe. The paint is peeling off the walls and the air conditioner didn’t work properly in the room. The caregivers were rude and rough when she needed help getting herself cleaned up and changed. She waited an hour before an aide even went into her room. By then I had helped change her and got her cleaned up. If there were zero stars that’s what I would rate it.
