Wort experience ever today, the nurse practitioner Rubis Vergara Ramirez screamed at me and treated me like a child.I will never return to that place again.She needs to be trained on how to handle patients, I'm a human being, I deserve respect.

the service is really bad ,my husband was waiting only for tuberculosis text for 1 hour and half ,and he left because nobody never came ,but always is the same .they give you appt and you need wait around 3 hours to the doctor see you.

There are signs saying appointments will be taken care of first. However, I was in on a Saturday 8 am no one there (was the first person, waited outside till open), only one walk in after me without an appointment. They said they couldn't attend me because they were booked for the day, left building at 819 am with a paper for other locations that accepted walk-ins (waited in parking lot till 830am and no one else showed up). The staff was very nice, nonetheless I feel I could have been attended since no one was there with an appointment. One star because they were nice and another for the feedback. Also didn't have an appointment because it's hard to get someone on the phone, i even left a message with a call center the previous week and didn't receive a call back (I may have missed the call but doubt it, no voice messages)

Came for lab work and the lobby was empty and yet still had to wait to get some simple blood work done. Front desk is unprofessional and seems like they don't even want to be there. Phlebotomist did not introduce herself and left a small hematoma on arm. Will not be returning to this location even if it's convenient for me as the census is low at this place. Save yourself the trip and find another location to go to such as Doris Ison in Cutler bay.

Unprofessional. Made an appointment at 1pm on the phone. They have lunch here at (Homestead, 312th st) 12pm-1pm. I was told to come early to fill out paperwork. 1 small sheet of paper that took all of 1 minute. At 1:05 (after waiting 35 minutes) I was still unattended and when I asked I was told the lady who does registration is not back from lunch yet. I saw her wander in at 1:10 pm and started laughing and talking about personal stuff. She seemed in no haste to get back to work although she was already late. This is not the 1st time either.. I came in last week at the same time and had the same exact issue and several months ago, same problem. I'm giving 2 stars bc they actually have labs on the premises.

This is the worse clinic ever. I went there today for only two shots. I arrived at 8AM didn't leave until 2PM, and the worse part was I didn't even get the shots the wait was too long for me. They are really slow, careless, they take forever to do everything. The Janitors were nice but the nurses and the people at the front desk were SLOW as ever. I sat in the waiting room from 8Am-2PM I kept asking how much longer to see the nurse they all said "We don't know". This is the worse clinic ever never go here you will regret it. Poor Customer Service also. Never again.

I set a dentist appointment at the MLK location in Homestead a little over a month ago for today at 3:10pm. I’ve been here for a hour and some of the patients before me say they have waited for 2 plus hours. None of the staff has even bothered to apologize for the wait time. This is unprofessional. I call the main line and spoke with Fredrick who seem to brush off my concern. They really need to do better.

Everytime you call they make you wait about half an hour until someone picks up. When you’re there you wait an hour to get called, another half an hour in the room alone. Half an hour more just to get the release papers, which the information is always wrong. (I got Nexplanon there in my right arm and the papers they gave me says it was inserted in my left arm!!) They have my address wrong (where I use to live in 2005) lol, I keep telling them to change it, but they never do.
Worst place ever.
