Never again. I spoke with the "manager" and she is so absolutely clueless. I really don't know how she got the job. I told her that I needed a referral to see my specialist. My insurance requires an authorization number for referrals. I had to explain to her what an authorization number was, and she just kept arguing with me. She doesn't know anything. Please save your time and go to a place where at least the manager knows what she is doing.

This place is the worst! They constantly got my information wrong. The nurse for the OBGYN was the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. They had no bedside matters. Please save you time and do not go to this place ever.

Had to give a star in order to comment. This place is in a scummy part of town and the office should be visited by the health department. The smell of sewer is overwhelming indoors. And because the old witch behind the desk isn't there doing her job, after I knocked on the glass 3 different times, has the audacity to tell me I was not there on time and that I need to reschedule. To avoid confrontation, because I was in the right and her in the wrong, I calmly walked away. I wouldn't have wanted a filthy place like that or that smelled like that touching my mouth anyways. No wonder there wasn't a single client there lol

Love this Clinic they treat my parents like family. The doctor always follows up and calls them at home to see how they’re doing. Bing coming here for over several years and it’s the best clinic in town.

The receptionist is the worst in the front office has no work ethic as a receptionist and has a bad attitude with people. The doctor never call back to give you results and you have to come back in order for her to even remember would never in a millón years recommend this place bad service

If you are in need of COVID-19 testing, do not use this location.

Went in this morning to get tested for COVID-19 after finding out I'd been exposed to someone within the last two weeks who'd tested positive, and I'm absolutely livid after my visit.

I asked several times what kind of testing they offered, because I specifically did not want an antibody test. Each time, they wouldn't give me a straight answer, and insisted that their test would tell me if I had the virus, that I would have results on the same day, and was even told that the test they performed was the same one being offered by the free drive-up testing locations offered by the county. All of this sounded suspicious, but as I live with my elderly parents, I was desperate to get results as soon as possible.

I go in, they take some blood and put it on some little plastic thing, and ten minutes later hand me a piece of paper saying that my test came up negative. That's it. No explanation of what they actually tested for, or what they actually did. Just that I was negative. They didn't even get the name of the virus right, they spelled it CONVID-19.

The tests they offer are antibody tests, which the CDC has stated should not be used for diagnosing current COVID-19 infections. The body doesn't typically begin producing antibodies until one to three weeks after infection, and some people might take even longer or simply not develop antibodies at all, so a Negative result does not mean you do not have an active infection. What's worse, a Positive result doesn't always mean that you had the virus, it could simply mean you previously had *another* virus in the same family, such as the one that causes the common cold.

When I tried bringing up my concerns with the doctor, they just gave me the same runaround. My sister decided to call in and try and get information about the test they provide so we could try doing some research, only to be told that they don't even know the name of the test that they're offering, that they just buy the kits from some pharmacy.

At best, these people are incompetent. At worst, they're taking advantage of people's fear to scam them. Either way, I'm out $125 and half a day of work, and I STILL have to wake up tomorrow at the crack of dawn just to wait in line for hours at one of the County testing locations because this place did not give me a proper diagnoses.

Dental staff need to be more professional, they are very disrespectful, loud, unpolite, dishonest staff, and careless about the patients and Don't speak English. ( Mainly Front Nurse)
