New to the area - they were welcoming new patients - went to the appointment at 2:00 - 2:45 they finally called me back for my appointment.

Was told the doctor was busy would be another 10 - 15 minutes

Typical doctor - doing typical doctor stuff and not realizing other people in the world have things to do in their life.

If you have extra time that you would like to waste sitting around - make an appointment here - if you actually have a life go some place else.

This was my first time visiting this location and I had a very pleasant experience, Ms. Jackson took care of me and she was extremely polite and professional. I arrived quite a bit early to my appointment and she was able to squeeze me in earlier last minute with no problems. I would definitely recommend JD Premium and Ms. Ladaysha Jackson to everyone.

After having difficulty with my current doctor, listening to my needs and not just saying lose weight and pushing me out the door. I came into JP's office and right away the receptionist was very welcoming. NP Jackson and her assistant Christy, were very professional. They both took their time to hear my thoughts and health concerns. I didn't feel my visit was a rush at all.
They were bot also very patient with my active 4 year old. The MA that checked us in was AWESOME with my little one as well.

Usually hate going to the doctors office, haven’t been in years. But needing to get some health issues addressed, this place was by far the best! Easy scheduling, short wait time and Val my nurse was the best healthcare professional Iv ever dealt with. Everything was easy and Val was so nice and knowledgeable! Will definitely be back! I’ve always dreaded going to see any Doctor specially now at 50 years old. But I must say that I actually Love this Clinic! The staff is Extremely Nice and the Doctors are Caring and Honest.
Val, the Nurse has the absolute best hands for drawing blood.

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at a clinic! I’m always nervous when it comes to getting my blood drawn due to my scar tissue. The Nurse Val was extremely pleasant and made me feel like family. She had a steady hand and caused me 0 pain 10/10!

At first it was great, the doctor was friendly but the office staff was a little on the unprofessional side. Then, after a couple of visits they tell you that they need to refer you to a specialist. That was 11 months ago! Calling every month and the office administrator is very short and does not follow up at all. You cannot report her to the doctor because she won't transfer the call. I have reported to my insurance company as well
