Make SURE to bring enough water and food with you, because when you get assigned to nurse Rebecca, 4 hours of waiting time would be at minimal if she’s in a good mood that day. Reception staffs were all right, allother nurses were being professional and efficient with their patients, but nurse Rebecca was not one of them. I’m pretty sure all other 1 star comments are talking about her as well. Before you come in just hope you won’t get assigned to her. If that unfortunately happens, ask to get a new nurse.

Bad customer service , employees are rude I am African American and they are very very rude I call in to ask questions or to get directions they hang up and have a bad attitude. I recently walked in the office and got my appointment cancelled because I walked outside to call my job , then was rudely talk to by the supervisor. They are 3rd party making it hard for me to get into my job because of my skin color , I am very upset and hurt to have this place mess up my name to not work for Los Angeles, they shouldn’t be trying to effect individuals from working.

Called the front desk and they’re SO RUDE. The rudest customer service I have ever encountered. If you hate your job then leave. Don’t be projecting whatever you’re dealing with onto other people. Is this the type of people/service your company hiring ? Bad reputation.

This place is unorganized! They did not have my results ready in 5 days because they lost my blood work. Then they called me back and said they found it. It's been 12 days and no blood work resluts. Well, I am still waiting for the results and they keep giving me the run around. I am disappointed and don't know what to do or who to report this to.
