We went in for an appointment today to see the doctor. Originally, we had an appointment scheduled for January 7, but they canceled it saying she couldn’t be seen. Mind you they have cancelled my daughter’s appointment multiples times before today’s appointment. She was due to have a cavity filled on 1/7/25 but it was rescheduled to today by the dentist office. Today at our appointment , the doctor asked why the cavity he filled looked different and into which my daughter stated they never filled her cavity because her appointment was canceled, but he said that in the chart it said her cavity was filled on 1/7/25. After rechecking the X-rays ana charts they recognized their mistake. Whoever is in charge of charting at this place is horrible at their job and should be retrain because they are incorrectly charting patient information and billing insurance. They should double check and be more careful when they chart patient information because this is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope this gets sorted and never happens again to us or another patient!

As someone with medicaid based dental insurance it's often hard to find a dentist office that will accept my insurance and even harder to find a Dentist willing to treat me like a patient and person rather than a necessary annoyance for tax purposes and federal funding.

My last dentist before coming here (who will go unnamed and is unafilliated with this location or network) wrecked two of my teeth drilling them out far past what was necessary and lied to me about a filling being impossible due to chip location without drilling out the majority of the tooth and that I wasn't at risk for a cavity.

Either through lack of skill or care he rushed me out the door after a botched quick fix and this has caused complications down the line.

This office is nothing like that. Dr. Filadelfo Larios is a caring, diligent, thorough practitioner of dentistry.

He filled the cavity that I was told "I wasn't at risk for" expertly and has made follow up appointments to help correct the other heavy handed fillings I recieved.

He explained clearly how to prevent further issues. Use this specific toothpaste on that cavity risk site, get a moldable mouthguard to reduce damage from clenching... and so on and so on.

His staff are absolutely wonderful as well and you know you're in good hands.

It will take a while to get an appointment, but that's because they help so many people and are thorough and caring with their work, not just trying to get to next patient as quick as possible.

Make sure you arrive on time or you might have to reschedule because their schedule is so packed and putting them on a situation where they feel they to rush would put further strain on them.

This place is absurd, they are supposed to provide care at an affordable price, however they are more expensive than a regular private dentist! Not only that but they refuse to provide you with any information on what your cost could be. How can one know what to expect regarding cost? This place is still standing because of federal money through the Medicaid and other insurances provided to low income families, that have no choice but to make it to places like these. They’re beyond unprofessional, canceling your appointment even after they have you sign in and waiting for half an hour just to tell you, “oh we tried to call you to let you know that it was canceled” I don’t recommend this place at all!

I haven’t never encountered such a kind and gentle collection of individuals in a Dentist office. I was so worried to take my Autistic teen here based on reviews but I absolutely nothing to be worried about. From the front desk staff, hygienist & dentist all with the same care and kind approach. This Momma is soooo relieved and so is my girl.

I can't believe I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for today at 10:30 a.m.
I arrive to the appointment and the front desk assistant tells me that my appointment was scheduled for 10:10 a.m.
After we go back and forth about it, she tells me that the doctor can't see me today because his other 2 appointments are already in the office and one of them has a very complicated procedure to be done.
I explained to her that rescheduling would be very difficult for me because my mother has to come all the way from Miami to watch my 2 babies. She then suggested that I wait but, that it wasn't guaranteed that the doctor would see me after the wait.
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed!
