I can’t say enough good things about Solaris Nursing Home. From the moment you walk in, the place feels clean and welcoming, which really helps families feel at ease.

The staff took amazing care of my dad for the last two and half years. They were not only attentive but also showed real compassion. They organized fun activities that helped the residents socialize and made everyone feel right at home.

The administration is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being, which gives families peace of mind. Overall, Solaris is a great place where residents can thrive, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

One star because this review does not pertain to the physical therapist who met with my mom who was friendly and professional. The rooms in this facility are old, unkept, uncomfortable, cramped and filthy and they are extremely disorganized. The CNA aids were a disgrace to say the least. They are cold hearted, lazy (sitting on their phones in the hallway while I'm setting up the room and my mom to make her more comfortable and when asked for something they just sat there and looked at me. I think they were hoping the other would get up), inattentive, unkind, even harsh. Whoever owns and runs this facility needs to address these and many more issues. Its shameful that this is acceptable care anywhere. If it wasn't for the insurance picking this facility my mom would have never entered it. Its a disgusting disgrace.

I've lived for 2 years and I consider this my home everyone is wonderful all the departments are great to me and the other residents. I'm moving out but will miss this place wholeheartedly if you want a place to do rehab please choose this place.

To all staff at Solaris Imperial, my stay was very enjoyable. All nurses were extremely pleasant and very attentive to my needs.Elmitor was especially nice and caring excellent job by the cleaning staff.
And all physical therapist and occupational therapist are so nice as well. And all meals, we're very good. Thank you, everyone.

This center has been an amazing rehab for my husband’s grandmother. We arrived after a heart attack at 96 with preexisting heart conditions. She is very weak from everything including heart break from losing her daughter and husband within the last 6 months, definitely not in condition to go home. Upon arrival the staff has been super helpful and very supportive as we are looking for guidance on her care for not only now but moving forward. They have not only a very clean but very active community here and I love that they have so many daily activities for everyone, they get let family join in with anything! Grandma’s favorite activities are coffee with friends, a visit from the therapy dog, and nail painting. They have amazing food she always eats well and they offer us a plate as well for a small fee so we can eat as a family. We also were able to bring a bird feeder for outside her window which she loves! As well as her favorite snacks and photos she wants for her room. We truly love that everyone is so friendly here from the clinical team to the admin team everyone stops in to say hello to her, it’s truly been a great place to be. Not only for her but for us as well I feel like the staff is not just taking care of her they are making sure we are ok too.
I hope the staff knows how much they mean to all of the people here.

My mom was in this facility for about 3 weeks and the physical therapy was excellent, the therapists convinced her to do the exercises and she improved in a matter of weeks to get back home independently. Love this place. She received Great care.
