I came to the MD on Friday afternoon because I explained that I had a strong tachycardia in the morning and the night before, plus my blood pressure was 130/90 and for me it is high, I have never had it like that. The doctor said it was fine, I explained to her that I also had a strong pain in my chest and left shoulder and that I was coughing a lot and she said that I had an inflamed muscle. and she also prescribed me medicine for the muscles, she examined my lung behind my shoulders and said that there was no problem, I told her that my left lung hurt and she said that I have nothing. then they did an EKG on my heart and the first time it was 106 at rest, then they did it again and it was 99 and I said why are you doing it again and the nurse said because she had not added some data, ridiculous, they knew I had a problem. Monday I went to the hospital (ER) and the doctor examined me with the same method that the doctor in MD did and immediately found a problem with my lung, I was about to die and they extracted 3 liters of fluid from my left lung. I threw away my money in MD urgent care $180 for a visit that almost left me dead plus $55 to check my heart with an EKG. a piece of advice do not put yourself in their hands, always go to competent people.

I like this clinic and people, who works here.
From very start it’s easy to make an appointment with web platform provided on their website. So when you walk into a clinic, you find a facility clean, well organized and supplied with all the necessary things that can be used for comfort, while waiting, like TV screen, information board, water bottles.
You have option to check in upon arrival from your phone, which is very convenient.
The medical staff is very friendly, asking all the right questions and documented everything that needed to make a quick and easy visit.
Doctor is a very professional and knowledgeable physician, who knows what he is doing very well, collecting all the data to make a quick decision on putting correct diagnose and also shows care for his patients.
I even had a call back from staff next day to ask how I am doing with my treatment and if I am feeling better.
I am very happy to have a clinic like this in my neighborhood! Thank you very much for your good service.

Upon my recent visit here I found that all the staff made me feel both welcome and valued. Front desk receptionist was very knowledgeable and respectful. The Dr was very kind, professional and concise. For this to be a trip to the urgent care it was surprisingly painless.

Waiting room area and front desk were super nice!! Great staff, even though it took a little because there was only one doctor working that night.. everyone made sure I was okay and checked on me several times. Got a shot and was quick and painless!! I recently had a frustrating experience at this urgent care this past Friday . When the medical assistant came into the room, he didn’t introduce himself or even acknowledge me—he just started taking my vitals without saying a word. It felt impersonal and rushed, like I was just another task to check off their list. I wish I got his name but of course he didn’t introduce himself, he was Latino with glasses.

When it came time for flu testing, his approach was cold and completely lacking in empathy. They were rough, didn’t explain what they were doing, and seemed irritated when I flinched during the swab. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed.

Thankfully, my experience turned around when my nurse practitioner, Madison, came in. She was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment options, and ensure I was comfortable before leaving. Her professionalism and compassion were a stark contrast to the rudeness I encountered earlier, and I truly appreciated the effort she put into making my visit better, which is why I’m not giving them 1 star.

Horrible Front Desk Service – Unprofessional and Rude!

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service at a medical facility. The front desk staff at this urgent care is incredibly disrespectful, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. From the moment I walked in, they acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient needing care.

I waited in the lobby for over an hour before anyone even acknowledged me. They ignored completely, letting other patients go check in before me, despite me being there first. On top of that, they gave me conflicting information about wait times and paperwork, making the whole process even more frustrating.

To make things worse, when I approached them to ask why I was being ignored, they responded with rude attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue. They even lied to my face claiming they were “still working on my application” even though I had completed
It myself over their phone app an hour before!

The front desk staff is very incompetent and unprofessional, they have no businesses working with healthcare specially dealing with patients who need care the most. I will never be back to this facility and strongly advise others to stay away!

It’s a shame that their behavior reflect poorly on the doctors and medical assistants who were the complete opposite- kind, gentle and professional.

Aelonis, Franklin and Andy were AMAZING! Extremely professional, caring and capable. They took amazing care of my mom and the wait was extremely short, despite the staff being busy. Highly recommend

Usually a fan of MDnow. Not this time. Checked in on the phone did everything perfectly. And I’m left waiting in the waiting room for over an hour to be seen. I have been 1st in line and alone in the waiting room since I arrived. Staff won’t give me an ETA on the doctor.
