Outstanding treatment by Dr. Azizi!! My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth out. We went to the Mount Dora location and the nurses were so kind to my daughter! It meant so much to her. Dr. Azizi came out and spent time with me explaining how the surgery went. This is a top notch place and top notch nurses and employees.

I was led to this office by Dr. Schmitt who I'm working with, they share a space.

I have had a lot, A LOT of work done by Dr. Azizi. I've had more dental work done by him in the last year than most people will see in their entire lives. I've had many teeth pulled, I've had sinus lifts, I've had implant preparation.

This guy is a professional. Not only does he explain everything that's going on, he makes sure you're comfortable, and he goes far above and beyond what is expected. He's actually been extremely generous with me.

I've also contacted him at 9:30 at night about an issue and he replied immediately and planned to see me the next day.

Absolute professional. Not only that? His staff have been so incredibly kind and wonderful and supportive. They work with you, especially someone like me who has all kinds of gagging issues and other problems when doing any kind of dental work.

If you have to have something serious done? You would be extremely fortunate to have Dr Azizi working on you. I'm sure grateful for him. If I could give him more than five stars I would.

Highly Recommend! I was referred to Lake Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and another oral surgeon, but after consulting with both, the choice was clear. Dr. Azizi and his team were exceptionally professional and thorough during the consultation. They made every effort to accommodate my schedule, even offering sooner appointments as they became available. On the day of surgery, the team was again meticulous, kind, and gentle, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We anticipated some challenges with a nerve running very close to the extracted tooth, but Dr. Azizi’s expertise and precision was clear. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience!

OMG! I just had the most wonderful experience with my oral surgeon, Dr AZIZI. If you are one of his patients I’m sure that’s what you say also.. everything about my visit was exceptional. All the details of what was going to happen and what to expect were told in such an articulate way that there was never any doubt that I was going to be 100% fine with the procedure. His chair side assistant was delightful, informative, personable and reassuring with the perfect answers for all of my questions. I recommend Dr
AZIZI and know you will be equally as satisfied as I was. I had two extractions, no pain, no swelling or bruising.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was VERY nervous! Dr. Azizi and staff did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. They were amazing and talked to me every step of the way! I would highly recommend his offices to anyone considering oral surgery!

Highly recommend Dr. Bell for wisdom teeth extraction. I went in last Friday to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, I was very nervous but Dr. Bell and the two dental assistants were very mindful, helpful and considerate. He did a great job with the surgery, went by pretty quickly (but it could’ve been the laughing gas)I had moderate swelling for maybe three days and very slight bruising now on only one side of my face. Healing up well. I even was able to speak him about some concerns I had after I had left. Thank you Dr. Bell and the two women who were there too I wish I remembered their names. It was a nice Hispanic(?) Woman and a Blonde woman.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out here. Doctor was very reckless and damaged my Inferior Alveolar Nerve.

They are SUPPOSED to x-ray to make sure that the roots of the teeth they are pulling don't apply pressure or damage these nerves. I was horizontally impacted an he tried pulling by force without breaking apart the teeth with a drill, like he should have. Thank goodness I was not sedated so I could react to the pain and damage he was doing to my face.

It required months for the majority of the pins and needles to stop on the right ride of my face. Which even to this day still doesn't feel the same.

They sell patients wisdom teeth for implants to other patients which is why they want to keep your teeth intact, and won't let you keep your own teeth under the guise of being a "biohazard." Like, what? These were inside my skull 30 seconds ago, what do you mean they are a biohazard? A little hydrogen peroxide and I get to keep MY teeth. I'm so freaking salty.

The doctor and staff were excellent! They were friendly and thorough, the assistant and doctor have a great bedside manner. The only thing that prevented a five star post was that they forgot to call in one of my prescriptions, so I have to make another trip to the pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this business.
