I had the most amazing experience today. Dr Conti took so much time with me explaining what was happening with me even though they were closed!!
He was so caring and so interested in Getting to the bottom of my problem. He made me feel comfortable and taught me a lot!!!

The visit yesterday to BreezeMed was life changing for me — Dr Annalee was not only caring but showed compassion. With a waiting room full of other patients you were her priority not the next person waiting in the other room. Her patience and keen ability to listen and then respond with a precise diagnose for your symptoms was amazing. Every team member was next level in their customer service skills. That kind of service comes from the heart!

I highly recommend breezmed Urgent care on Sandpiper in Naples. This was my second visit to them, and Dr. Conti and his team are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Both times I visited there was not a long wait - I was extremely impressed with the care given to me.

Yesterday I brought my wife here to have them evaluate her severely injured foot. Maggie immediately and efficiently checked us in. Anna Lee, the PA, provided my wife excellent care. After x-rays, it was determined that my wife immediately needed to see a specialist in foot surgery. The staff made multiple contacts with specialists in Naples and stayed with it until they found one who would take her that same day. We can’t say enough about Breezemed Urgent Care. They are outstanding!

I visited the urgent care today for the first time since my wife needed treatment on her finger due to a cut with a knife. When we entered, the person received us very kindly and immediately took our information. After five minutes they made us enter and all the staff were very friendly from start to finish, the facilities are very clean and tidy, I highly recommend this place.

This by far is the best urgent care I have been too! Don't waste your time or money at NCH or somewhere else, you will get the best quality care at Breezemed Urgent Care! Dr Roberts and staff are excellent!

In and Out! What a Breeze! Great patient experience with smooth Check-in and seen quickly into room. Medical Assistant is super friendly. And the Providers are very smart and caring to treat the conditions. Treatment plan set within 30 minutes. Highly recommend instead of waiting forever for a local appointment or going to a hospital

Professional. Courteous. Short wait. Clean. Dr.’s assistant & Dr Robert’s were warm & caring. He treated both my husband & I for respiratory issues. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care. Best urgent care we have received. We are snowbirds & it’s important to us to have confidence in health care when away from our primary doctors.
