After I got Lost trying to park amidst all the construction going on around the hospital.. I was very flustered and late for my appointment. The receptionist was calm and took care of me. The assistant to the doctor promptly took me back to take my vitals and was kind and genuine. Then the Doctor was efficient and direct making sure I understood everything he was telling me and taking the time to establish a genuine connection to me! Whomever set up this office and staff did an amazing job top to bottom! Honestly that’s so rare! Highly recommended!

I have suffered from depression for many years. The Covid-19 pandemic has made my depression major and has added generalized anxiety disorder to my pain and discomfort. My condition was so bad that my primary care doctor concluded that a psychiatrist might help me more.
He referred me to Dr. Martinez who is my very first experience with a psychiatrist, and I was ever so anxious. As I arrived at Dr. Martinez's office, his assistant Vanessa warmly welcomed me (very important). Dr. Martinez also was waiting for me at his door. He told me to sit and make myself at home and then I started . . .

He listened kindly and carefully, and immediately took my personality into consideration. He explained many reasons why I am going through this horrific period, and he prescribed a treatment that helped me almost immediately. I am actually not afraid any longer of psychiatrists. I am coping much better with my depression and anxiety, and I have every reason to believe I will continue to improve rapidly under the perceptive attention and care of Dr. Martinez.
