The best care I've ever received at an urgent care. Not a long wait, great bedside manner, proper treatment, and an explanation of what to do long-term to resolve the issue. Dr. Maldonado saw me, and he was exceptional.

Dr Medina and Dr Maldonado have literally saved my life 3 times over the years by curing sudden onset pneumonia. PA Calimari also noticed 2 hairline fractured ribs when the X-ray report stated nothing broken. Whenever my GP can’t take me, I will always Only go to Dr Medina’s walk in clinic. I Highly recommend everyone there!

When I first moved to Naples over a decade ago I would visit this clinic when I had any health issues. Over the years Dr. Medina has probably been one of the most competent and nicest doctors I have used. I am sorry some reviews are upset with parking, insurance issues, waiting, other staff, etc but as far as the physician goes, I don't think it gets much better than Dr. Medina.

I was tested on Tuesday for covid paid $250 to get the results within 24-48 hours. Today is Saturday and still no word. I have tried to call everyday at all different times and never once has someone answered the phone. My co worker had hers done on Monday and they never did call her she had to stop in person to be told that they had been calling the wrong number. I would like to believe that if you didn’t have to write your number and email address a dozen times in the paperwork you have to fill out.
I would give them 5 stars for how nice and professional they were in the office during my visit. But when you have family waiting to make sure your safe and jobs waiting for you to work and missed income it’s not right to let people wait in limbo while not answering the phone.

Had someone with a dislocated shoulder. Saw on line they closed at 8:00pm. We called them and told them we were on our way and would be 1 minute late. They informed us the elevator automatically stopped working at exactly 8:00 if we could make it in time to get on the elevator we could be seen. We made it to the elevator, pushed the button, it descended down and opened. The entire staff exited the elevator and refused to provide us care. We found it very non compassionate. If this is the kind of people that work there I would not take a sick lizard for care there.
