My mom bought glasses from Charles here. Told her if they break, they're "under warranty" well over the thanksgiving holiday, my mother's glasses broke, one ear piece fell off and we couldn't find it. Mind you we have the rest of the glasses. She brought the broken pair to Charles but he was "running errands" so Ashley told my mother that they won't cover it under warranty unless she had every piece of the glasses!!! She left the broken pair and asked Ashley to have Charles call her when he returned. Later that evening after no call from Charles my mother called the shop. She was told "he just stepped out" 🤦 this morning Charles calls my mother to inform her that he had "fixed" her glasses by installing another earpiece from a different pair of glasses and it would cost her an additional $125. SHADY PEOPLE DOING SHADY PRACTICES. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED 🤷

I'm an out of town truck driver and one of the silicone nose pads broke off of my glasses. I wouldn't have gotten back home until the next night. I happened to see Eyewear Unlimited and the front of their parking lot was just big enough to get my eighteen wheeler into. Cathy had the pads replaced and adjusted in less than 5 minutes and refused to charge me. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the on-the-spot repair and not charging was more than I ever could've expected. While I'll probably never have a reason to stop in again, I couldn't recommend them enough. The customer service Cathy gave a non-customer says so much for the kind of person she is and the kind of business they are running.

Thank you again for helping me when I needed it. You're an awesome person.

The Optometrist has been doing eyes since he was 13 years old! So quick witted and never felt pushed. They even do same day prescription glasses. I’m a new customer but have a feeling this will be my new go to when I need eye care.

I could not have gotten better service from anywhere else! The staff was SO kind, and the gentleman in charge, Charles, was SO helpful. I walked out of the doors with two new pairs of prescription glasses in ONE DAY! Such speedy service and the staff also gave me feedback and helped me choose the best glasses when I couldn’t decide between styles. I’ve never had such a great experience with a local business. I got 2 pairs of glasses, couldn't say no to their sale they had and on top of that he gave me an additional discount. They will take great care of you. It was such a great experience that I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

Super friendly place. They are helpful and polite all the time. The doctor, the receptionist, people in the store are nice and professional. They did not try to oversell, and fixed my old glasses for free, so now I have an extra pair. My baby girl really wanted glasses and they found a cute pink pair for her as a gift. It was over 6 months ago and when we came in today Catherine remembered us. I'm glad I picked this place.

Have not officially purchased from them yet, but the employees were so helpful. We were told our 3 month old needed glasses and were a little overwhelmed.
