My Name is Victor Blanco, I brought my daughter in because she is depressed. She was seen by Dr. Poitier and he was absolutley wonderful. He is very experienced, kind and professional. I am condident that he will be able to help my daughter feel better. Dr. Poitier is excellent.

I leave a star because the system forces me if I don't I can't upload the review, I wouldn't put any because a simple star is too much for the lousy service I just received all day today, My rewiew is directed to the pharmacy of this place I had not received in my life such a bad service and so much abuse and deumatization in my life and not with me but with my minor daughter we cannot forget that we are talking about a mental health center and that the people who are prescribed medication in this place is because they really need it and the manager of the place It seems that he is not interested or thinks that because they are people who need mental health medications they are people of 2nd grade very bad service and lack of empathy from the manager of that pharmacy

The receptionist I’m very very nice. They have excellent customer service and the doctors are very very nice and concerned about the kids at their facility and they offer medication at a reasonable price.

My medication I got told was going to be available. They switched the date to february 26, 2025 after 12:00 Pm help.

Sometimes the wait times can be long so try and schedule your appointments when they open at 8 and the receptionist can be rude but otherwise my doctor is very kind and straight to the point.

For the most part you do get help. My experience with the staff is fine sometimes they come off rude but the doctors are great. The wait time is the worst thing about this place. Be prepared to have breakfast &lunch.

Dr. Torres is a sweetheart and about 3 other women that work there are kind as well. but the other staff are ridiculous. I speak very nicely and respectfully to everyone there but they are are so rude. The wait times are ridiculous. No privacy, not enough seats, no security . It's a mental center they need security there! Bathrooms are dirty and the place looks a mess.

My girlfriend visited this place, she left crying. MOST of the staff, are rude and will literally ignore you whilst you are trying to get their attention @ the counter. The doctor is messy, (walks around with his coat unbuttoned and dress shirt unbuttoned revealing an old tank top under). He literally looks drunk from his appearance. He was quick to jump to conclusions for a diagnosis. By just asking my gf her birth date, he concluded she has anxiety.

The entire building is run down. The inside is stuffy, with no air circulation... I literally felt like I was suffocating. And I WASN'T even a patient! They "council " patients in an OPEN room right next to the waiting room, I was able to hear some elderly man's entire story. This place is only a good place for those looking for a quick fix of drugs.
