Love my new hygienist, Thank you so much for taken care of me when I got an episode from my asthma . My new hygienist was good at what she does and very professional and very polite. She checked me for oral cancer which was amazing. Never happen in 38 year during dental appointments. I can’t wait to see her again . Thanks Mrs. West

Firstly, to put in perspective, I HATE the dentist. I can’t stand getting dental work done. I have severe dental anxiety and I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. I needed a lot of work done on all sides of my mouth and I was BEYOND scared for this prolonged experience of getting my face drilled on.

BUT From the very moment I walked in I was greeted kindly and signed in, and writhing 5 mins I was called in.

Doctor Ferguson served me and I expressed my severe anxiety issues and she was so patient with me and asked how she could make the experience easier for me, what specifically I was anxious about, past experiences with dentists, the whole nine yards.

Knowing all that information, she took her time and I genuinely felt heard in my worries and safe. Shots are shots, but she made them as smooth as possible with her steady hands and double numbed me to make sure I wouldn’t feel anything.

And I didn’t. I’m beyond satisfied with her work specifically and I doubt I’ll take my business anywhere else. I’d travel back to Florida if I ever move to be worked on by her.

I was seen early in the morning after a tooth broke over the weekend. I needed a crown on that tooth so they worked me in later the same day. From start to finish 2 hours and I went home with crown in place. No waiting a couple weeks for the crown to be made it’s made and put on at the office!

front staff are excellent and very caring . Just had a cleaning but great and thorough process with their awesome dental hygienist. I have had Dentist for long time.
