If you need referrals, forget it. If you need labs done, basically you’re waiting weeks if not months. Refills? Haha. I swear I don’t know how this place stays open. She never responds to messages, no one EVER answers the phone even though the receptionist just sits on her butt on her phone. this is the worst office I’ve ever been to.

Most of the staff is very kind except for the provider Tammie Smith , she comes across with an attitude & is rude everytime I've been in to see her. I have a physical disability & Tammie Smith refuses to allow me to have a family member assist me in the room . Even when said family member is masked & vaccined for COVID .

Needed two prescriptions refilled-couldnt get anyone to answer the phone after multiple times and voice mailbox was always full - very unprofessional.

This place never answers the phone my daughter can’t get a hold of them for her results on lab or even get refills not even an appointment to see them she literally had to drive up there to get refills I would not recommend this place to anyone
