I trust my doctor and feel safe. The staff is doing their job, I have my referrals on time. I have my transportation on time.
I can discuss anything with my doctor. She is always open and takes time to listen to my needs. New Health community center in Miami is definitely the best place to go!

I was giving a referral from my doctor to see a GI doctor and been calling for 2 months to get an appointment set for my GI and the staff has been ignoring me after multiple calls and visits. The customer service here is wayyyy below the basic standards of care. The owner needs to bust it this place and clean it up asap because conditions are becoming worse because of this staff abuse!

My girl friend goes there she has multiple kidney stones and a complex GYN cyst. Extremely painful condition. Its been 2 months we still waiting for referral to kidney specialist. Its been 2 months waiting for gyn referral and appt. They are careless. No one does authorization for specialty exams. We ended up paying out of pocket for a CT that the office fail to get auth for, Doctor Nadege ordered the CT 4 week prior our appt. So there was plenty time for staff to get auth. Very negligent. Am not please at all.

I really appreciate the friendliness from the staff. I also appreciate whenever there is an issue with my health. I can call or come in and my issue is addressed without delay. I will continue using their services for as long as the Good Lord allows it.
