This is absolutely the worst dr's office ever! they mess up your meds then charge you to come back to the office to fix the! do not go here they will rip you off. i called the office over 15 times with no call back! Front desk staff is incompetent. Run as far and as fast as you can from this place! They always find a way to charge you when they mess up! RUN RUN RUN DO NOT GO HERE!

The therapists that my partner and I see have helped us tremendously both as individuals and as a couple. The office staff is very helpful with anything that I have brought to them. They are a very busy clinic and have still made sure that we feel we matter and are priority, not like we are just another name on their roster of patients.

I would give them a negative review if I could. We decided to give mental health a try, my son is just graduating and in a transitional point in life. So as pre measure, we decided to set him up appointments with a counselor. So first, filling out the intake forms was a bit messy but with online stuff these days, whatever. No biggie. I was able to get an appointment quick that was nice. Upon scheduling, I asked the front desk if there was anything, I needed to bring in particular to the appointment, I D, insurance cards, co-pays whatever, since everything else was already put in online. I was told No. After arriving I was asked for an $80 co pay. A bit surprised since I had just asked, and honestly would have scheduled the appointment for after payday if I would have known, went ahead and paid. Also at this point, standing there it's too late to reschedule and you'd get a late cancelation fee. Again, OK, dr.s have co pays. No big deal. The therapist was great! I left feeling ok about it all. Then within 30 minutes of leaving, they've double me $160. Stunned, I called to Not even be able to contact the office. Once I finally did they apologized refunded me eighty dollars but it took almost a week. I kept my appointment set for the next appointment.Being as I liked the therapist, Even past all the billing mess. Then 45 minutes before my son's appointment.They called to let us know that therapist is no longer available and we would have to start over. Annoyed , but I agreed , and we signed up a new therapist and moved the appointment to a later date. Then before we could even get in and talk to the second therapist.They double charged my account again, this time$ 170. Answer price surprise it's been a nightmare getting hold of them. So as far as the review the therapist seemed great but you can't stand the billing office. PREPARE TO GET DRAINED WHILE TRYING TO GET MENTAL HEALTH.

This place has been giving me nothing but trouble since I started here. It’s extremely unprofessional of you guys to act this way. I shouldn’t have to have my insurance company reach out to me for you guys to submit my claim. Like come on. I’m thinking about leaving your practice and going elsewhere. Be professional or hire new staff. The one star is really zero since I can’t do zero. Only one of your receptionists is truly professional. I spoke to one last week who stated she is new and knew nothing. She couldn’t help me with anything. Real professional!

Not a patient, and extremely happy I'm not. What I witnessed as a vendor was enough for me. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. Very very sad experience. What people seem to forget, us commoners. Us nobodies, keep yall in business. It's always best to treat Everyone patient or not, with kindness.

As a patient of Crysallis Wellness Center ever since 5/23 has been extraordinary into my personal mental health care with a wonderful overall experience and compassion assisting me with much needed concern.

I have been calling and no one answers for two days, left message and no call back. Referral was sent by doctor and whoever answers phone after two days of calling says she had No referral without even asking a name? Then says they are training new staff and very busy . Too busy to talk about helping a new client? Then says if you want to hang on I can try to help you honey after I finish with this client here. Held on for 20 minutes called my pediatrician office and told them to find me someone else who does have time! And I’m not your honey, only my husband calls me honey! Not professional at all!
