My wife and I have recently changed our primary care provider to the care of Dr. Lisa Mattingly at the Vipcare facility at 14131 Metropolis Ave. Fort Myers.
We are very impressed by the entire team. Barbra the receptionist recognizes us whenever we go in there, Rio, the doctors assistant is extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and is very personable.
Dr. Lisa Mattingly is very thorough and precise and I would recommend this doctor and her staff to anyone looking for true professionalism.

Minimum, wait time. Was very pleased with my first appointment. Very personable Spend about an hour with me on my first appointment. Discussing my health care needs. Never had a doctor spend this much time with me. Got me back on medication And has blood work lined up. Very nice staff Barbra at front desk is nice. Dr green wants to get to root of problems instead of just a bandaid

If you are looking for a great ... real doctor who is knowledgable, professional and will truly go out of his way to care for his patients you have it all here with Dr. Green. He is genuine and listens, gets to the point (no nail biting) tells you the facts and doesn’t waste time or money unnecessarily. I would trust him with my life because it’s obvious he’s serious about yours! A great doctor who knows his stuff. When you leave his office you feel like you are in good hands. What a find! Worst Doctor & person I have ever crossed paths. Made me cry & screamed at me & told me to stop faking it! Told me I was imagining my right hand wouldn't work. I'm 62 & love my work! He said I just wanted to get off work! Seriously! Went to ER & they were concerned that I had a stroke. Been in physical therapy for 6 weeks after my new Dr saw me. Now improving

Dr. Green is articulate, professional and highly skilled as a primary care physician. In my adult life, and especially in my senior years, he has impressed me with his straightforward advice and diagnosis. Perhaps most importantly, his genuine concern and caring service shines through. If you want a physician that values honesty with his patients over platitudes and politics, then this is the one for you. If your the type of patient that wants to be coddled, cajoled and kid glove treatment then look elsewhere. He tells it like it truly is. I respect him greatly.

His staff is extremely helpful and always there with a smile. No marble floors or fancy leather chairs, and instead, solid granite service to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Green's for over 15 years. He is the primary care physician for my entire family. He truly cares about the well being of his patients (and the general public as we've crossed paths outside of the office and he was offering advice to a total stranger). He also makes every effort to make health care affordable which has been invaluable to my family when we were in dire straights without insurance. He changed my dad's medications saving thousands of dollars a month from what other doctors had prescribed.

Negative reviews here are solely the result of his honesty, and sometimes the truth stings. I've left his office feeling less than great about myself, but ultimately motivated to change bad habits with a crystal clear picture of why I need to do so. He's not a therapist, and his job is not to coddle people's emotions, but to diagnose and treat illnesses, and he does a fantastic job.

I am 77 years old and this was the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a doctor. In the 40 minutes I was with him as a new patient he talked about everything BUT medicine. He told me twice how much his neck hurt and then he proceeded to lecture me on the state of the country. I wish I had recorded the conversation because if I hadn’t experienced it I wouldn’t believe what he said.

High points with his exact words:

“People in this country want to be piglets and have the government take care of them”

“The Bible says to honor thy parents and not covet thy neighbors.(not sure what that had to do with anything)

AND the most offensive to me, “I really dislike working with Liberal thinking patients” !!! Stay away from this person, especially if you are “Liberal thinking” - I’m not.

He also brought in Evolution and a lot of politics. All I said was that I had moved here from Colorado. He did all the talking.

I’m not sure what was going on with him. In all the time I was there he never once listened to my heart or lungs. Didn’t look in my ears or my throat. Never once came near me to exam me.

Dr. Green and his staff is nothing short of amazing. I have been his patient for over 9 years and love the quality of service. He takes his time with every patient. If you want a Dr. who just sees you for 2 minutes and writes you a script go somewhere else. This Dr. listens to everything.
