My husband called on Tuesday 22 to schedule an IV for post Covid. Was told the vitamin infusions would be beneficial in help to get his strength back. They scheduled him for today the 23rd at 10:00. I dropped him off because I had a Dr. appt. right up the road. He got there a few minutes early. They collected his fee and then informed him it would be at least 1:00 or possibly tomorrow before he could be seen ? We live almost an hour away so this was a great inconvenience. He totally got the impression as in his words "the snobbish staff "was not concerned with his inconvenience.He got his money back and left .Very poor office procedure. We will never recommend .?
