Horrible experience, first and definitely LAST visit to this location! P.A was providing me with UNSOLICITED/UNNECESSARY advice. NOT everyone wants things shoved down their throats. And I’m sure I’m doing a DAMN good job as a mom! P.A left and came back several times attempting to provide (personal preference) which to me is a violation to my rights as a patient. Definitely will NOT be returning to this location!

I'm not a big fan of Dr Harris Sachs I'm trying to learn how to Trust Doctors and people in General again but trying to trust a Doctor who keeps Interrupting me and won't let me talk about my illness and life issues relating to it he'd rather talk over me. Yes he is very very Rude Thorough and Upfront about things but if there was one thing he could improve about being my doctor is letting me use my actual notes because sometimes I can't even talk because for some weird reason I have alot of Vocal issues Moreno then ever. I've always had Vocal issues but their alot worse now and him letting me use my Notes would let me trust him much better in the long run. Also he could actually sit a little bit closer to me so I can hear him better because I have Hearing and Vision issues from a very Hard life experience the most people my age haven't actually lived through from being homeless on and off most of my life. In 2023 I got the chance to start over and not be homeless anymore but that life taught me to use my resources well and also taught me who can and cannot be trusted. I'm going to try to give him another chance just simply because he's the only PCP Doctor that takes my insurance that is local.

If you’re looking for a PCP that will do what’s right, I recommend looking elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment for a New patient visit. The first available appointment was over a Month later. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early with the intention of filling out first time patient paperwork. Upon my arrival I was told that I was at the wrong location but I needed to drive to the other Del Prado millennium physicians group. There are 2. With traffic being what it is currently because we are in season, and the fact that they have zero parking in their parking lot and I had to park a block away and walk. I showed up nine minutes late to my appointment. At this time they refuse to see me. I understand that being late is not ideal, and I take full responsibility for that, I also do not believe that she would have been ready to see me nine minutes earlier and because I wasn’t there there’s no longer time in the schedule. I also don’t understand why the first office who looked up my appointment and told me I was at the wrong Del Prado location didn’t note it at the time that I had arrived and notify them that I was heading to the correct location.

Dr. Ramses Rojas, M.D., is truly the most amazing, caring, loving, honest PCP (Primary Care Physician) in Cape Coral that exists. Dr. Rojas truly cares about his patients and their family members; their physical, mental, and emotional well-being is Dr. Rojas's top priority at each and every single appointment, as well as him continually being available through email, whenever needed. Thank you, Dr. Rojas, for your continued support, assistance, and most importantly, your love and continual caring that you provide to myself, my husband, and both of my parents.

Been going here for years and it's slowly evolved into another corporate doctors office where $$$ is GOD. Numerous times have I shown up for an appointment and have had to wait, I get it, things happen. It was crazy at work today, and didn't get out on time, called ahead and said I'm going to be late, I don't want to leave work and miss hours if I am not going to be seen. "You have 15 mins per policy" no problem, I can make that. Get there and start the check-in and have a seat, dont mind to wait since I was late, front desk ladies say "I'm sorry we will have to reschedule." I asked why? Per your policy I was here in time, "I'm sorry the nurse decided you can't be seen." I ask to speak to the nurse, who's only response to my complaint that I called and was told I would be seen "who did you talk to?" What difference does that make, but her follow up "I'm sorry we have patients booked every 20 mins" had my blood boiling. your just a number, zero customer service, be on time, and don't expect more than 20 mins of their time because they have another co-pay to collect.

Dr Emie is great, always attentive and caring. In person, online, and over the phone. Always answers the portal, even calls you if you're having problems. Always listens, always takes his time, and remembers everything about his patients. He's the most caring Dr. I think I've ever witnessed here in FL. Thank you for that. Sincerely. I'm sure you've had bad days, but it never shows. I wish I could give him five stars, and this other person zero...but this post is for Millennium Physician Group. Not one single person, unfortunately.

The phlebotomist really needs more training, though. Takes her AT LEAST five tries to find a vein. My fiance has told her where good veins are, since he's a harder stick. Every single time he gets blood work, he tries to tell her to help her out. She ignores him, and starts jabbing, digging around, and hitting arteries. He's gotten phlebotomy work done countless times, she is by far the worst he's ever encountered. He was in visible pain from her jabbing too hard, and fishing around for arteries instead of veins, but apparently her bedside manner was missing, along with her education. Please get her more training. No one should be hitting arteries, JABBING, or poking more than 3 times; especially when your patient is trying to help you. When someone tells you "that vein is no good," that means; that vein is no good. Absolutely unacceptable. She needs an ultrasound machine or a Twix or something. Anything.

RUN! Im an Rn 35 years. this practice is unacceptable. doctors are capable but staff are nasty, zero communication, can NEVER get thru, 50% call backs, can NEVER get a straight answer, couldnt find a rib fracture obvious to another practice then send me a certified nastigram when I advocate for myself. i get different answer, cant even call in one extra month rx until my new dr takes over 5 months from now bcuz they don’t take insurance anymore. worst practice I have eVER dealt with. they make appts without your knowledge bcuz they can never actually speak to you, only text and portal, treated like cattle. Ps your voice mail system
Sounds unintelligent , lady has unattractive cadence and voice inflections like listening to fingernails on chalkboards 20 times going round and round on phone system. staff can’t be bothered helping you, they bark “well what do you want me to do about it”. they ask medical questions in the lobby.

These 5 stars are for Angela Vallejo, PA-C not only do I work for her as her medical assistant I am also a patient. Angela took me in as a patient, that alone is impressive. I find her to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and most importantly caring. She listens, orders appropriate test and is not pushy or quick to dismiss your own thoughts on issues. I guess this is why I am happy to be her patient. True there are some issues with office communication but the Portal systems works great, use it.
