Dr Gruning and his staff have been amazing in my healing journey. I have been Dr Gruning's patient for years. He has found answers when other doctors have either failed completely or misdiagnosed. He has helped me improve and become stronger, by continually evolving in his knowledge & research. He treats the whole body, knows what type of tests will find answers to my individual medical issues, always asking for God's guidance & supreme knowledge of healing. Now he is treating me with the same care and concern for a biotoxin illness. I depend on his knowledge, guidance & faith to heal me. Dr Gruning is patient, listens and spends the time needed. I don't know where I would be without Dr Gruning's help. I highly recommend him, it would be the best decision you could make for your healing journey.

I am so thankful that someone recommended The International Center for Health and Wellness. My health and my daughters health have both improved dramatically. Dr. Gruning is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. We think so highly of him and his staff that we recommended him to two of our friends. The one had been to several doctors and they couldn’t help her get better, but as soon as she went to Dr. Gruning she was noticeably better. Dr. Gruning is amazing! I went to sooo many doctors for help, but never got anywhere until I saw Dr Gruning. I was so sick, on bed rest and couldn’t do any activity for years. I've returned to edit this review, because Dr. Gruning was good enough to call me and apologize for how I slipped through the cracks at his office. He refunded me for my initial appointment, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately I can't get back the 6 months I was technically under his care but didn't receive any treatment for biotoxin illness, but I am very impressed with Dr. Gruning's efforts to rectify the issues.

Dr. Gruning seems nice enough, but the office is either completely non-functional or I've just fallen through the cracks of their system again and again.
They failed to schedule my follow-up appointment at my initial appointment. They failed to send me the extensive blood work they wanted me to do, even though I paid for it. They only responded to a fraction of my emails and phone calls. And finally, when I got my follow-up appointment scheduled, it was several months out. Then when they scheduled time came, they were completely unavailable my phone (I was supposed to do a telehealth appt). So either they forgot about my appointment or never scheduled it in the first place.
Either way, after hundreds of dollars and lots of time and effort on my part to chase them down, I've received absolutely no care or treatment.
I'm giving up and going elsewhere for care, even though I'm out several hundred dollars with nothing to show.

Dr. Gruning has been a tremendous blessing to our family. My son was not well, experiencing multiple symptoms, including severe nausea, sleeplessness, weight loss, severe fatigue, and more. He went to many traditional doctors and had countless tests run. None of those doctors identified the source of my son's symptoms, they only recommended medications to ease the symptoms. He was quite discouraged when we finally discovered Dr. Gruning and met with him. Dr. Gruning gave us hope when he ensured us that he would run the tests that the other doctors overlooked and also provided an easy to understand treatment process with diet recommendations and supplements specific to my son's needs. Most of all, he spent time with us and talked to us with concern. We knew we were not a number to be rushed through. Dr. Gruning also encouraged me to be tested and correctly concluded that my own symptoms (which I had come to accept because no other doctors would validate them) were very treatable. As a result of my son and I following Dr. Gruning's treatment plans, as well as Dr. Gruning's ongoing encouragement for our physical and spiritual well-being, my son and I are both feeling so much better! In fact, now my husband is being helped by Dr. Gruning too! We are so thankful for Dr. Gruning and his staff and highly recommend his services!
