The workers are really nice, excellent costumer service and professionalism, that made my visit really pleasant. They even asked me what kinda music i like so they can play it on this cool headphones at the MRI machine! It's was a 10 out of 10 for me, totally would go back in the future If I'll need the services they provide.

If you’re looking for excellence this is the place.
Very comfortable waiting area, the front desk is spot on w there assistant’s
The mri techs are very excellent as well, and let me know when I could wiggle my toes, which was huge.
Over all you can’t get better then Encore imaging.
I’ve been to 4 different imaging places in 6 mos, I will now choose encore every time!!

However, I encountered one concern: there was a notable lack of privacy when transitioning from the dressing room to the MRI room. I was required to walk along a corridor that was accessible to both staff and the public, which resulted in an embarrassing situation while wearing a hospital gown. This discomfort was heightened when a male patient was present outside the MRI room as I made my way to my dressing room. I would recommend the establishment consider implementing a private corridor or designated area to reduce exposure for patients to both staff and the public.

This imaging center is amazing. They got me in next day for MRIs and the staff was super friendly. No wait time and imaging was done quickly and efficiently. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so polite and kind! Will recommend to all my patients!

My son got hurt right before new years and needed an MRI. The staff were so accommodating and got us in within an hour of calling for an appointment! When we got there they greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome. When it was time for the MRI, they walked through every step with him to make sure he knew what to expect and calm his nerves. Not only did they make the in-office experience phenomenal, but they got the images to the Dr. the next day! We will not go anywhere else for images and will be referring everyone we know to Encore. Thank you for adding genuine compassion to something that is normally frustrating!

They found an appointment for me very quickly. The staff is absolutely amazing! So friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Even brought me a coffee. I can't imagine a nicer place to go!

Both the front desk and MRI representatives were welcoming, kind, friendly and efficient. I was a bit apprehensive for the MRI procedure. The tech explained exactly what would be done which provided comfort. The fact the procedure only took 10 minutes was A-MAZING!!! I would highly recomment Encore Imaging. Thank you 😊
