My owner has been an AHF client for over 10years when called ICAN. She has no complaints and those who do simply do because they either didn't follow the rules or were barred from pantry for reasons of behavior. This place is like second home. Seen or heard of many employees changes deaths and recoveries. At no time was she ever treated poorly . When she needed financial assistance they were there and medically they are why she is still here. When returned home from hospital they supplied her with many things in her home to aid in recovery. Now that they have moved to a bigger location hopefully they will get other doctors like dentist and or optometrist all in one. Oh and the pantry is amazing as well as the staff. These people bend over backwards to help the clients. Sometimes too much. I am honored to be a client and dispute ANYONE who claims otherwise. Thanks Guys

I will never return. They regard you as a nuisance. They are expected to wait in a room when the person is supposed to assist you. They are engaged in personal matters on the phone. I would rather not mention that I'll be there. I miss the old place. Yolanda was the best part she was a star to be present with a large group of people who didn't care.

The entire staff is professional and most of all friendly. They are willing to help in anyway possible to make sure you are taken care of. I always feel like family there.

Office staff makes using this clinic a nightmare there is a huge language barrier where you can tell the staff I cannot come in I am in a lot of pain and having trouble getting around and they will insist you come in that day completely ignoring your objections then when you come in as they demanded they say you are there at the wrong time and should have come in the morning after telling you on the phone the afternoon. The hours in the website aren’t the same as what they tell you in the phone so never really sure if you are going to be seen when you come in and the medical staff always seems overworked and confused as to what to do next because they have so much going on

If you have the option of going anywhere else do it

these people care about money they rather see you die then to help you a family member of mines comes to this evil location its sad how they are still open im going to the news about this location i sure am they know what they are doing stealing money from the patients

Hours may not be accurate. business information says open at 8AM M-F, yet they open at 10AM on certain days. No one is actively updating nor maintaining the office hours as they change.
