I live in Bonita Springs, Fl. My Dr. at NCH Wound Care recommended Preferred Home Care Services which got me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend them. I'd like to Thank the wonderful nursing staff for their compassion & gentle care. It was a very rough winter, spring & summer. Without the help of Sky , Casandra ,Carolann,Muriel,Dominique & Odile I don't know what my life would be like now. They are the angels we hear about on Earth.

I didn’t request this service I wasn’t an any condition to look for someone to help me plus my husband was on personal leave to assist me! We didn’t need you so I wouldn’t have requested HH & the PT that helped me was the PT I went to myself!
They call my husband & told him that the Drs office had requested this NOT ME! So ok he is the Doctor my husband went with what he was told by HH.
Staff was nice, nothing to stay about them & on the last day the Nurse took the last 30mins to make sure all paperwork was completed per as what the Nurse said “we have to make sure everything is filled correctly, signed & date, completely done or it will be rejected and sent back which will take a longer process for payment”!
So now from February you are sending threatening letter!!! Because you didn’t do your paperwork correctly BECAUSE my insurance hasn’t change! So as customers service from the office part SUCKS!!
And Ms Atwood when you request for a client/customer to call back make sure you give them a phone number! 101 - you just don’t send a letter & request a call back without a number NOT even on the stationery!! Please

If you want added stress and total Lack of CARE use Preferred! No schedule, No Notice, No return calls, the management people could care less about You, nurses were great if they showed. It’s been two weeks of hell dealing with Preferred just getting a daily bandage change! Go ahead try to call any of their five offices and get a human to talk to, go ahead, leave a message see if anyone calls back?

Recently had knee replacement & Ms Beth Teeter was my Physical Therapist. This young lady was very knowledgeable, professional & personable . I’m at the 4 week post surgery mark & can honestly say that because of her I’m feeling much better than I expected . Thank you Ms Teeter .

I had a knee surgery, and was extremely happy with this company. Specifically with Juan Zuniga RN, who was extremely caring, professional, and very knowladgeable. He made me feel safe, and was a great help in my recovery. I had other agencies, and all were pretty bad, but this company has great services thanks to their employees.

This company has extremely racist employees working for them. It is sad that in 2023 people are still judging based upon skin color and ethnicity rather than work abilities.
