I’m new to the area and was nervous about finding a new dentist I could trust—so glad I found Palm Leaf Dental! Jasmine gave me the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had, and the front desk made everything with my insurance super easy. Dr. Nami even came in to check on me and make sure I felt comfortable. The whole experience was smooth, personal, and honestly the best I’ve had at a dental office. I’ve definitely found my new dental home!

I visited Nocatee for Spring Break, and of course, that’s when a dental emergency struck. Desperate to find an appointment, I called several offices without success—until I reached Palm Leaf Dental. Dr. Nami and his team were able to fit me in within an hour, despite their busy schedule.

I had a broken front tooth and arrived late in the day, but the team went above and beyond. They offered me a same-day procedure and even stayed after hours to make me a new crown—one that looked even better than before! They took the time to explain the process step by step, ensuring I was happy with the crown’s color. They even made a couple of modifications I requested, making sure everything was perfect.

The entire team was professional, kind, and truly dedicated to patient care. I only wish I lived here so I could be a regular patient of Dr. Nami and the wonderful staff at Palm Leaf Dental. Thank you so much!

I recently had a crown done and was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the door, Dr. Nami and the entire staff made me feel completely at ease. I’m usually extremely nervous at the dentist—especially when it comes to injections—but Dr. Nami has the gentlest touch I’ve ever experienced. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel a single bit of pain during the injection. That alone was a game-changer for me.

Dr. Nami’s kindness and calm demeanor helped melt away my usual dental anxiety. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and truly treated me with such care and respect. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also so genuinely compassionate.

The technology at Palm Leaf Dental is also next level. I was able to watch my crown being designed digitally right in front of me—it was fascinating! Even better, the crown was made and placed the same day, so there was no need for a temporary crown or return visit. The convenience and precision were truly impressive.

Over the years, I’ve seen many dentists and never felt like I could truly trust any of them—until now. Dr. Nami and the team at Palm Leaf Dental have changed that completely. I’ve finally found a dental home where I feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for.

I came in with unbearable pain and found out I needed an extraction. I expected to be referred out, but to my relief, the new doctor, Dr. Nami now provides extractions in-office—making. The process is so much more convenient. I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of going to another office.
Dr. Nami’s technique was incredible, and for the first time after an extraction, my recovery was quick and easy. The entire team at Palm Leaf Dental is skilled, professional, and truly knows what they’re doing. I’m so grateful for their care!

I cannot explain how disappointed I am in having to write this review. I had so many wonderful experiences here under the care of Dr. Sarah Veazey-Georges, but with her no longer being there, my latest visit was absolutely horrible.

I had a root canal a week ago at St. John’s Endodontics (Dr. McClure is fantastic, highly recommend him) so I had to get a crown placed within 3 weeks. Made an appointment with Palm Leaf as they had done multiple previous ones for me, all of which went great. Was told there was a new doctor now but because of my time constraints I didn’t think it a big deal and getting the crown done was more important.

The MOMENT this new doctor did his injections I was shaking scared. It felt like he injected two marbles into my lips. I know that’s not right because I just had the top tier of care during my root canal and I never even felt his needle. A lot of the injection actually expelled back into my mouth, causing me to have to sit up to spit it out because the assistant that day had no idea what she was doing. She was clueless on how to vacuum, she didn’t know the names of the tools that the doctor asked for, and they RAN OUT OF WATER halfway through so I tasted everything. The new bite guard/vacuum thing they have was FREEZING COLD across all of my teeth. Painfully cold like biting a snow cone and leaving your teeth sunk into it.

I was supposed to get a filling in addition to the crown that day just to get it done but I told them we are not doing that anymore because I do not trust it to be done right. In 35 years this was the first time I had to stop a doctor from doing a procedure because I did not feel confident with their abilities. I requested for someone else to do my injections moving forward and was told firmly no, there was no one else that could. Awesome, human pincushion round two. And more of that nasty bitter stuff that’s supposed to be in my gums but is in my throat because the assistant still HAS NO WATER and can’t position the vacuum tube to save my life. And when she was packing cotton, she patted my lip like I was a pet which made me not only uncomfortable, but also made me question the level of professionalism within this new team.

After 3 hours in total, I was never even given a mirror to look at the tooth before they cemented it in place. That was a first. Dr. Veazey always let me check before finalizing. Not this doctor. Oh and to top it all off, I asked to get some floss and dental picks, but they didn’t even give me floss.

Palm Leaf Dental went from being a Marriot Marquis to a Motel 3 after the loss of Dr. Sarah Veazey-Georges. I wouldn’t return under the care of the current staff even if they offered my procedures for free. Yikes.

Friendly and skilled staff. Modern equipment and comfortable office. Only had a teeth cleaning, but Jasmine was thorough, gentle, and well-paced. Gave me time to catch my breath, and answered the few questions I had. Dr Nami was very personable, experienced, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions for future mark. My only negative comment is they used a special flouride, not covered by insurance, and that was not disclosed to me until they charged me at the end. I'll be back in 6 months for another cleaning for sure, great experience overall.

I am in Florida for school for three weeks and had a dental emergency and palm leaf dental got me in the same day and fixed my tooth. They did and awesome job. The doctor and nurses were wonderful and they were extremely affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a great dentist

I just had a great experience with Palm Leaf Dental. The staff is amazing especially Maureen’. Dr Nami was the only Dentist I’ve been to that got my crowns perfect the first time.Highly recommended them.
