As someone who's had military healthcare for years, the staff here at UF urgent care is a breath of fresh air. Everyone is friendly, attentive and efficient. I waited to be seen by the MD for a total of five minutes between check-in, vitals and actual visit. Excellent experience, thank you.

Friendly and very helpful. We were traveling and needing medical services. Dr. Mousavi was honest and sincere, suggesting we go to the nearby Navy base hospital to save money. Honest doctor.

Dr. Moosavi was very helpful in what I was going through mentally and physically. I was in and out quickly.

But I’d like to say the front desk girl that was there when I was there, was VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. What I did not take kindly too was how she was treated here at this establishment.
Me and my partner could hear Dr Moosavi berating and talking to this lovely girl like trash. All she was doing was asking questions, which she should be able to without being made to feel stupid.
I forgot my water bottle and came back, when I came in to get it she was crying. There is no acceptable reason you should be making your employees cry. Especially making them feel bad in THEIR OWN WORKPLACE!!. You wouldn’t treat a patient like this, so don’t treat your staff like this. This broke my heart as someone that has been made to feel this way before in a work environment.

I've been going to see Dr Gargin for the past 8 years since I moved to Jacksonville. I love coming to this office. The office is in a great location and both doctors are truly amazing ( Dr Moosavi and Dr Gargin). They are both very educational and care very much for their patients. If you're looking for a new Primary care physician, I highly recommend coming to Immediate Med. care. They will take good care of you!

Dr. Moosavi communicate well with me and my husband. Dr. Moosavi takes his time to explain medical problems in an easy way to understand. He doesn’t rush you out of his office and take his time to explain my problems. Dr. Moosavi is caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.
