Do not use this company. They changed their policies after supplying our family with multiple items, deciding not to take our insurance leaving us on the hook to pay cash for all of the items. They never informed us of this decision they just kept sending us bill after bill.

We needed help with a hospital bed and I reached out to Amy to get some help. Amy and the staff were fantastic! She reached out to the the team and even the manager to get us the support we needed. They are a tremendous group who I highly recommend!

Always a nightmare getting new supplies for my CPAP machine. Nothing is ever in stock and is always a fight to get. Currently in the process of finding a new supplier.

Please don’t waste your time with this company!! Husband needs a new CPAP machine his current one stopped working. After many days of calling with no answer and no call return after an abundance of messages. Can’t believe this place is still open with the level of Unprofessionalism it operates under.

My dad was discharged from the hospital with a walker that was too small. The hospital contractor didn’t have a bigger one to give us. We were able to find what we needed at North Florida Medical Sales and Rentals. Recovery from a major is already hard. They helped make it a little easier! Joe and Landis provided excellent customer service!

Updated review:

I will be very honest.. I initially gave them a 1 star rating. I had to wait months to get my c-pap machine and I was very upset. I know this was not their fault. There is a huge medical supply shortage at the moment and it is affecting more businesses than just theirs. If you are looking to get a c-pap or autopap machine quickly, it likely isn't going to happen due to the shortage. Given that situation as well as changes in their staff, communication and updates were not the best at this time.

All that being said, I truly believe they are doing the best they can at the moment. Every single staff member I spoke with always was extremely kind and helpful and I could tell that they are just as disappointed by the supply shortage as I was. I don't think I would have gotten my machine any quicker with a different company, but I do think the customer care would not have been as good as it was here.

I do recommend using this company for your medical supplies needs, but please be aware that it may not be a quick process. Talk to them and see what the wait looks like. If it will take too long, talk to your provider about other options if possible. Don't let the wait make your angry at people who are very clearly doing the best they can in a difficult situation. Melissa S was our sales lady and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to select the perfect chair. No pressure just kindness! We chose the “Golden”recliner lift chair. My husband is over 6 foot tall and this chair fits him perfectly. It also has a great warranty and offers a lot of amenities that other chairs do not. Thank you so much Melissa for a great experience!
