We moved here in 2021, and I’m thrilled we found such a wonderful pediatric clinic. I bring all three of my boys here, and I can confidently say every experience has been positive. The doctors and staff are always professional and caring, and Dr. Bradley is truly exceptional! I'm so happy to have such a great pediatric center close to home. Highly recommend!!!

FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE that CARES about you and your children and not just about vaccines, vaccines, vaccines. My son has an ongoing medical condition that he was currently being treated for and because I refused the tetanus vaccine until his respiratory condition cleared up they DISMISSED HIM as a patient with no respect to his medical condition. A few of the Dr's are kind but Dr. REDDY(the owner) is all about the kickback on the vaccines. Sorry not sorry.

We started here December 2021 and have been a patient with Dr Melanie Bradley since! This office has been so great and so helpful and so lovely!! I honestly don’t have any complaints. That being said we are now an hour and a half away from our favorite office and it’s still so worth the drive for my babies!! If you are a new momma or just looking for a new location, check rainbow pediatrics out!!

Because of Dr. Bradley, my three year old daughter is here today. She realized, based off a few symptoms, that my daughter was going into DKA (Diabetic Ketoacidosis) and sent us straight to Wolfson’s ER. We spent three days in PICU and my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. This often goes undiagnosed in my daughters age group by pediatricians at first and the entire team of endocrinologists at Wolfson’s praised Dr. Bradley for catching this. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Bradley and the friendly staff at Rainbow. I will be recommending them to everyone!

My daughters have gone here since birth. 14 years. Their scheduling for sick appointments leave room for improvement. Half a dozen times I’ve been confirmed verbally for one location… show up and am told “you’re scheduled elsewhere” with zero support/assistance…. With so many locations more organization is needed.

Love Nurse Abby!! We've seen her a few times now and she's so patient, thorough, kind, friendly and takes her time talking with my son. He is comfortable with her, which is great. The rest of the staff is good. We've seen Dr. Reddy a couple of times and she's okay. Nurse Abby makes it worth going here. I don't like that the patient portal isn't very well maintained - records and bills are not always updated.

I can only speak for the ear piercing. The first time they pierced my daughters ears one was perfect and the other was shot at a complete angle. So bad that the back of the earring hit her neck. So we went back to have it re pierced. I personally placed the dot where it needed to be done and again it’s ruined. He pierced it way lower than the dot and also to the right of it. She was not moving at all either times. Just a heads up. Go somewhere else.

I've always had a great experience at Rainbow in Nocatee. There is limited wait time and I've always been able to get a sick appointment the same day. I've also called the on-call doctor during an emergency and was treated with respect, care, and concern. I've seen almost all the docs & nurse practitioners and have liked them all.
