Amazing service from the young ladies at the front desk to Nick when calling in 10 out of 10. Each time I was seen I was given the best and most thorough and thoughtful medical care not once but every time from Guillermo Chan. I cannot emphasize how amazing the time and care I have received has been. Highly recommend as the care I have received and time he has given to me is above and beyond! A+ all around

Some decent customer service, however when I came in for a blood analysis test to be sent to the lab I was only until recently that there was a $400 bill attached to that test without knowing, and wasn't given back lab results. Got the bill 4 days before my birthday instead of being aware that I was being billed from a lab third party on the day I came in.

EDIT: It was resolved a while back thankfully. Thank you to the the owner for responding and reaching out. I just wish that instead of having to rely of notices around the office the staff could talk with me themselves to fully understand what I'm getting into and paying for.

I am not yet a patient of this facility but I wanted to comment on the absolute care and professionalism that I received from this team in regards to creating the best treatment plan for me in the case that I needed it. I called and asked questions and the team on the phone and spoke to Lania and she was so caring and informative.

From the moment I walked in the door at Dr. Emlyn Louis medical office in Fort Myers I felt a sense comfort. I was greeted by the front desk medical assistant Ylondra, she was very polite, professional and attentive . Soon after I was taken inside to check my vitals etc. and see DR. Emlyn he was very professional, knowledgeable and he listened to what I had to say. He took the time to get to learn what's going on with my health concerns and explained things and help me to understand. He did not rush me into making any hasty decisions. He gave me examples of alternative treatments to help me feel better. I love that! I would recommend anyone to go and see the doctor. I give him and his staff a 10+.

I have been visiting since April. I had 6 visits and 5 different practitioners. There are only two satisfied visits. I have been begging for a thyroid speciallist or medication. No results.

Wait time was minimal. First time here, filled out new patient paperwork, nurse called my name in less than 5 minutes. Took my vitals, put me in a room where Dr./nurse practitioner was there, again less than 5 minutes. I had quality care with literally no wait.
