After tearing my bicep, I needed prompt medical attention but was not finding anyone who could see me on such short notice. A friend's doctor referred me to Dr. Erol Yoldas at the Orthopedic Specialty Institute in Fort Lauderdale. They were booked but Dione went above and beyond to find a way. I was shocked and thrilled when she asked if I could come now. Upon arrival I was impressed with the front office staff.They were high energy, polite, professional and productive. I listened as they joyfully took care of each patient. They responded with smiles and positive feedback as they left. Judging from the energy in the waiting room, the reactions
of us ordinary patients, and the professional jerseys on the wall...I found the right place.

I went in regards knee pain and stiffness in both my knees. The front desk, nurses, and Dr. Almodóvar welcomed me so nicely. I feel so comfortable with all of them and treated with so much care. Dr. Almodóvar was amazing , I got X-rays, sonogram of my knees and all the same day. He tackled my problem and drained fluids causing me stifness and pain from my knees, as well kindly referred me to do PT. I never dealt with knee problems before but to be my first time I felt so comfortable and welcomed by everyone in the facility. Highly recommended and the wait was very minimal which I loved too. Thank you so much to Dr. Almodóvar and the entire staff! ♥️

I recently visited this clinic for medical diagnostics and left feeling dissatisfied with the service provided. During my initial visit, the clinic faced technical issues with their equipment, including the ultrasound machine, which was not functioning properly. This was not only inconvenient but also concerning, given the importance of reliable medical equipment for accurate diagnosis.

Moreover, the process of discussing my MRI results was handled inefficiently. After receiving a call to review my results over the phone, I was instructed to visit the clinic again for a further consultation. Unfortunately, this appointment did not provide any additional information beyond what was already discussed on the phone. It seemed the sole purpose of this follow-up was to incur an additional charge, which felt quite misleading and disrespectful.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to the issues with equipment and the apparent lack of consideration for patients' time and costs. I hope the clinic addresses these concerns to improve their service for future patients.

Dr. Yoldas is an amazing doctor. He was able to fix my wife's previous surgery and perform another one on my other shoulder. His staff is very helpful and friendly. Physical therapy (Joe, Anthony and Jessica) have been fantastic. They have very positive atmosphere. They don't just have you sit there like other PT places, they push you to get the best recovery you can and reinforce with home workouts

It's no surprise that every review here is positive. The day after my surgery, I was introduced to Joe, Jess, Ian, and Matt, who all made me feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. Joe started by explaining what to expect throughout the process, and worked with me to design a program based on my goals and activities. Everyone on the team then consistently provided guidance, support, and encouragement throughout my rehab, which in turn produced results that exceeded my expectations. From my first consultation with Dr. Yoldas to my last rehab session, I could not ask for a better experience.

After my surgery, Anthony, Carly, Joe, Jonathan and the rest of the team helped me through the physical therapy process. Because of their efforts, guidance and encouragement, I felt more confident and stronger after every session. The easy going and caring atmosphere was nice as well. Absolutely amazing staff, especially the PT. Shoutout to Jess, Joe and Anthony who are keys so kind and welcoming to every patient. I purposefully make a 30 min commute here 1-2/ week just to work with them. They know their stuff and their compassion for patients and healing makes a huge difference!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Yoldas and the OSI Physical Therapy team! This was my third knee surgery and my first with Dr. Yoldas. From the start I knew I was in very capable hands, inclusive of Dr. Yoldas through his entire staff. The level of professionalism is equally balanced with expertise, compassion, humor, and kindness. I began physical therapy the day after surgery and again, wow! The OSI PT team, Joe, Anthony, Jess, Carly…are dedicated, talented and caring individuals. I knew going in that my rehab was going to be a long road and I cannot imagine doing it without the support of this exceptional team. Their knowledge and expertise is blended with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Anthony, Joe & Jess have become like family (perhaps without the drama!); your care and recovery is being carefully monitored, you are being pushed through those tough moments while also being reassured and reminded of the progress you are making. I still have a few more months ahead of me, but I cannot honestly think of a greater group of professionals to get me to the finish line. They want you to succeed in your rehabilitation and are willing to work with you to achieve your goals. If you are in need of a knowledgeable, caring, and supportive doctor and PT team for your knee or shoulder recovery, I highly recommend OSI!!
