I was visiting Palm Harbor from out of state and experienced debilitating back pain when I was referred to this office. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Loch went above and beyond to listen to me, provide excellent care, showing genuine compassion and attentiveness. The office staff, Marianna and Jaime were equally outstanding - professional, friendly and most importantly efficient. I can honestly say I have never seen such an excellent run practice. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of excellent pain management care.

Dr. Loch is amazing and so is all his nurses, receptionist and his wife. He has kept me comfortable while I battle my Lupus, APS, and the colorectal cancer I went through. He actually cares about my (his patients) well being. He listens, explains everything where I can understand. The times I’ve been hospitalized they gave support to me and my family. He’s very attentive. I’m very grateful for the care they have done and given me and my family through this hard time. Thank you Dr. Loch and all you amazing nurses, receptionist and his wife. ❤️

Dr Loch is my favorite doctor. He is always smiling, listens to everything I say, he is compassionate, and so extremely intelligent. He strives to make life better, and has helped me with multiple medical issues in my life. Been a patient of Dr.Loch for about 10 years now. Dr Loch also treated my father before his passing. This is the best doctor I've ever had and I'm convinced that if all doctors took the approach that Dr Loch takes, the medical community would be better off. I owe this gentleman a lot. The care he gave to my father was unsurpassable, they dignity and respect he has always treating me with is beyond reproach. His staff is always extremely pleasant, fun and the entire team makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I think customer service gets lost a lot in the medical field, but the team at ponte vedra spine gets it. He's the GOAT!
