Genuinely the GREATEST primary care office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Marberry is incredible and the office staff, shoutout to Jessica, are so helpful and kind. I had horrible experiences up until I found this practice and I cried when I had to leave due to moving.

Finding this office saved my health in so many ways to the point I’m considering paying out of pocket to do virtual visits from Colorado. Look no further, genuinely.

Cannot thank you all enough for all you have done for me the past several years!

Today was my initial appointment with Dr. Marberry after being 10 plus years with another family physician. What a difference! The staff was so professional and courteous today, and Cynthia the nurse was awesome. Dr Marberry spent time discussing my overall health, and discussing a particular muscular issue I have and gave me great suggestions on exercise and possible treatment. He wasn’t rushed and truly wanted to help. I was blown away and not used to this kind of attention from a family physician.

I am so exited that my wife and I found this office near our house in our new insurance plan and am so very happy to be with Dr. Marberry!

Made an Annual Physical appointment at this facility. And specifically asked in the call to make physical appointment and I am new patient.

They made my Appointment with Heather Tarno. And later charged me around $220 for regular appointment.
I share concerned they were not helpful told me my insurance might not be covering for annual. Insurance informed that you were charged for regular appointment.

I again discuss at office they start saying stuff like you are new patient or why did you ask other questions. And gave me Medical billing department.

I found the excuses very misleading. If there are policies around Annual check up. It should be communicated to patient. Not when patient is disputing the bill

Second I call their Medical department multiple times and left voice message.

Still have not heard back.

Very disappointed at misleading patients, charging for not what was scheduled, didn’t communicate clearly and are not helping as patient raise concern to dispute the charges

I never felt rushed and I truly believe everyone listened to my concerns.
The practice came highly recommended and now I understand why.
It was an AWESOME new patient visit!

Dr. Marberry is a very caring and insightful Family Practitioner. He’s also knowledgeable about alternative treatments and vitamins, which was a wonderful surprise when I began going there. His staff are absolutely lovely. Sometimes there is a bit of a lack of follow through in the details if the first thing doesn’t work, but It’s a hike to get there but for me….worth the extra travel.

I love the ambiance as soon as you walk in. The front desk ladies Jessica and Haley are amazing! Everyone in the office is professional. Dr. Marberry is one of the nicest people I’ve met. He’s so down to earth and actually listens with compassion. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a new atmosphere! If I could give 1000 stars I would! They’re always on time and have no wait time!

Dr. Scott Marberry is a GREAT! He is very easy to talk to, helpful and very quick with referrals and prescriptions. His staff is fast, friendly and courteous. I'm sure I never waited more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. My health plan changed and he is no longer in my network. I HATE my new Doctor and I haven't even met him yet! 50 mins they kept me waiting on my first visit. I hope Dr. Scott in back in my network next year.
